Citi Credit Card and Trip.com Year-Round Offer (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is valid from now until December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”) (both dates inclusive) and the check-in dates for hotels / departure dates for flights is valid from now until January 15, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). Trip.com (“Trip.com”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types, please contact Trip.com for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders will be ed to Trip.com for booking Eligible Products (as defined in Clause 5) through the designated link, and enjoy the designated discount ("Offer") of Eligible Products when booking with an Eligible Card.
4. The Promo Code(s) (as defined in Clause 5) can be used on the mobile application of Trip.com (“App”), the desktop version website (PC) and the mobile version website (“Website”) (Traditional Chinese and English of the Hong Kong region).
5. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are entitled to designated instant discount upon designated Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 6) respectively on the order of eligible products and booking via designated link at Trip.com Website https://hk.trip.com/sale/5545/citibank.html?locale=en_hk&curr=hkd&allianceid=3929073&sid=23265071 or on Trip.com App, and entering the designated promo code prior to proceeding with payment using the aforesaid Eligible Card upon checkout.

6. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
7. During the Promotion Period, each Promo Code can be reused up to 10 times for each Cardholder per calendar year.
8. The Offer is applicable to the prepaid room types of global hotels and the international flights. It is not applicable to China domestic flight and specific room types. The information displayed on the booking page is final. The Offer is also not applicable to flight and hotel products (“Flight + Hotel”), ticket and hotel packages and other specific products.
9. Each order can be applied with one Promo Code only. All orders must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) with the Eligible Cards.
10. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the respective promotion periods to enjoy the respective offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
11. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, Trip coins and other offers.
12. In case of cancelling the orders with Promo Code applied, the Promo Code(s) will be automatically returned to Cardholder’s Trip.com account and can be used again during the Promotion Period. In case of cancelling the orders with Promo Code applied by contacting the customer services and requesting making changes, the Promo Code will no longer be valid.
13. For hotels, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular room type. The original rate may be different form the retail rate announced by the hotel. For flights, the rate before discounts refers to the original rate of the particular flight. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the airline. If the product is the designated Food and Beverage items under Hong Kong unique experience, the price before discount is the original price of the designated experience, which may be different from the retail price listed by the product supplier.
14. Hotel cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the room types. Please refer to the room policy during booking. Flight cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the flight tickets. Please refer to the flight policy during booking. No change or cancellation of the Food and Beverage items are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
15. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by Trip.com. Trip.com is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
16. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and Trip.com’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
17. Citibank and Trip.com are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the Promo Code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
18. Citibank and Trip.com reserve the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.
19. Citibank and Trip.com reserve the rights to amend or cancel the Offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
20. Citibank and Trip.com reserve the rights for final decision.
21. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
