1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Helix Distribution Limited (“The Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.

2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.

3. 14. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

15. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion Period for the Offers (as defined in Clauses 16 and 17) is from now until November 30, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the Offers quota is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
 

16. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders using Eligible Cards are eligible to 5% instant discount, capped at HK$400 per transaction, on a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 19) of HK$5,500 or above for purchases made under the Notebook Ownership Program on the Merchant’s Platform (as defined in Clause 18). Payment must be settled in full with an Eligible Card. This Offer is subject to quota availability and is applied on a first-come, first-served basis (“Offer 1”).

17. During the Promotion Period, for Cardholders who qualify for Offer 1 during the Promotion Period, and settle payment in full with an Eligible Card, will also receive a complimentary Starbucks tall-sized handcrafted beverage e-gift certificate per qualifying transaction. This Offer is limited to a total quota of 1,500 coupons, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis (“Offer 2”) (“Eligible Transaction”).

18. The Offers are applicable to Helix’s official online shop https://u.moss.com.hk/citibank or Helix’s post-secondary schools’ roadshows (collectively defined as “Merchant’s Platform”).

19. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

“Starbucks Tall-sized Handcrafted Beverage Coupon” Usage Terms and Conditions:
 

20. This e-gift certificate from Offer 2 is applicable to redeem a tall-sized (354mL) handcrafted beverage with a value equal or less than HK$45 (except beverages from Starbucks Reserve™ Coffee Experience Bar and Mixology Bar). 

21. Extra payment on the price difference is required for redeeming any handcrafted beverage with a price of over HK$45.

22. This e-gift certificate is applicable at Starbucks stores in Hong Kong except Hong Kong Disneyland Store, University of Hong Kong Medical Campus Store & any 'We Proudly Serve Starbucks' counters.

23. This e-gift certificate is not applicable to upgrade to grande or venti size.

24. This e-gift certificate is not applicable to redeem bottled and canned beverages.

25. This e-gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (excluding the Bring Your Own Tumbler discount and Borrow a cup discount).
 

26.
