Terms and Conditions for “Limited time 12% off on hotel bookings":

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is only applicable to cardholders of Citi Credit Card (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") (“Eligible Cards”). Expedia, Inc. (“Expedia”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Card types. Please contact Expedia for details.

2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is valid from April 10, 2025 to Jul 10, 2025 or in accordance to Clause 5 when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”) (both dates inclusive) and the hotel stay period is valid from April 10, 2025 to December 31, 2025 ("Stay Period") (both dates inclusive).

3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to make the hotel bookings with a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 6) upon HK$1,500 or above at the designated Expedia landing page https://www.expedia.com.hk/citi and enter the coupon code "CTHK12 " (“Coupon Code”) prior to proceeding with payment with Eligible Card to enjoy 12% off per transaction (maximum cap with HK$350 per transaction)(“Offer”).

4. During Promotion Period, each Cardholder is entitled to reuse the Coupon Code up to 5 times per calendar month.

5. Limited quota of the Offer is available for each calendar month on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts. The Coupon Code quota distribution commences at 00:01 a.m. on April 10, May 10, and June 10, 2025 (Hong Kong Time) respectively, and will expire at 11:59 p.m. on May 9, and June 9, July 9 2025 (Hong Kong Time) respectively, or when the quota is fully consumed, whichever is earlier. 6. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

7. The Coupon Code cannot be used for:
i. Package bookings i.e. hotel + flight

iii. Bookings paid for at the hotel
iv. Bookings paid for in a foreign currency

vi. Bookings made prior to receipt of this Coupon Code

8. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.

9. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

10. Availability of the Coupon Code is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and Expedia’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
