Terms and conditions

“Up to HK$300 off Business Class Flight Tickets at Emirates” (“The Offer”) Terms and Conditions:
1. The Offer is only applicable to cardholders of Citi Credit Card, Debit Card and Commercial Card (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") (“Eligible Cards”). Emirates (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Card types, please contact Merchant for details.
2. The Offer is valid from now to August 31, 2027 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). 
3. The Offer is valid for travel from now to December 31, 2027. 
4. The Offer is valid for Emirates Business Saver, Business Flex, Business Flex Plus.
5. The Offer is valid for both one way and return journeys for departure from Hong Kong to the destinations operated and designated by Merchant only.
6. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to make the flight booking at emirates.hk with promotional code “HKCITIY” and settle payment in full by Eligible Cards immediately after booking is made, in order to enjoy the Offer(s): 
- Offer 1: HK$150 off on Hong Kong to Bangkok round trip tickets 
- Offer 2: HK$300 off on Hong Kong to other destinations round trip tickets 
- Offer 3: HK$75 off on Hong Kong to Bangkok one way tickets 
- Offer 4: HK$150 off on Hong Kong to other destinations one way tickets 
- Retroactive claim is not permitted. No applicable to any other ad hoc promotional fare offer and no exchange for cash.
7. The Offer is not applicable to the tax, surcharge or other additional charges ("Taxes and Surcharges"). Cardholders are required to make full payment of Taxes and Surcharges when their bookings are made online. 
8. The Offer is valid for a maximum of five travellers travelling together on the entire journey. The Cardholder who made the payment must travel with all companions on the entire journey, and in the same booking. 
9. The advertised fares are exclusive of all applicable taxes, surcharge or other additional charges, and are for reference only and subject to change any time without prior notice, also subject to availability at the time of purchase and are on a first come, first served basis. 
10. Cancellation or change of flights and the amount of penalty depends on the fare type, please check fare rules from the Emirates online quote.
11. Minimum/Maximum stay depends on the booking code, please refer to fare rules from the Emirates online quote. 
12. Free stopover in Dubai is permitted. 
13. Citibank is not a supplier of the products and services offered in this Offer and accepts no liability for the quality of products and services provided by Merchant involved in this promotion. 
General Terms and Conditions (If applicable):
14. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the payment in full by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
15. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
16. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers. 
17. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
18. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
19. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
20. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and Merchant.
21. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

23. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, gany person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.
(b) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:
i) Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh;
ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
24. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
25. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
26. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
