Primecare Paediatric Wellness Centre Terms & Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from now to August 18, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Treatment offers at Primecare Paediatric Wellness Centre (the “Merchant”) is 10% off of All Paediatric Wellness Examination, 10% off of All vaccine items(Excluded consultation fee), HK$1,080 Ages & Stages Questionnaires and HK$7,200 IQ Test (the “Offer”).
2. “HK$1,080 Ages & Stages Questionnaires” and “HK$7,200 IQ Test” offers are applicable to the new customer of the Merchant.
3. “10% off of All Paediatric Wellness Examination” and “10% off of All vaccine items (Excluded consultation fee)” offers is applicable to the existing Customers of the Merchant.
4. Customer must provide promo code T1367 to make a booking in advance via WhatsApp (852) 6450 0900 or designated online registration form and indicate the use of the offer when making an appointment.
5. Customers shall present their Citi credit card upon arrival at the Merchant to enjoy the Offer.
6. Customers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the treatment.
7. Each Customer can only enjoy the “HK$1,080 Ages & Stages Questionnaires” and “HK$7,200 IQ Test” offers (for one person only) once during the Promotion Period.
8. The Customer should understand and agree to the items and content of the Offer and the services arranged by the Merchant and/or the Merchant before receiving the same.
9. The Merchant shall be entitled to revoke, alter, add to or vary the contents used in the Treatment Offer without further notice.
10. In case of any dispute in respect of the Treatment Offer, the Merchant has the final decision.
11. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
