"10% off designated flights at EVA Air” (“This Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion Period is from now till January 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards (except Citibank Rewards UnionPay Card) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). EVA Air (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to use a valid Eligible Card to pay in full through EVA Air Official Website (www.evaair.com) or EVA Air App to enjoy 10% off for one-way or round-trip flight tickets departure from Hong Kong to selected destinations (“Offer”). The selected destinations are Taiwan (Taipei, Kaohsiung), Japan (Aomori, Sapporo, Fukuoka, Osaka, Kobe, Komatsu, Tokyo Narita, Sendai, Okinawa), Korea (Seoul Incheon, Busan), USA (Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Houston), Canada (Vancouver, Toronto), Australia (Brisbane) and Europe (Amsterdam, London, Vienna, Paris, Milano, Munich) (“Selected Destinations”).
4. The Offer is applicable to outbound travel period from now till June 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive), but not applicable to outbound flight transfer from Taiwan on or after July 1, 2026.
5. The Offer is only applicable to flight ticket issued and originating in Hong Kong, travelling to the Selected Destinations, and the entire journey must be operated by EVA Air. The Offer is not applicable to booking made through other channels or with multiple destinations and stopovers.
6. The Offer is only applicable to Fare Family Type: “Economy Basic” – V Class; “Premium Economy Basic” - P Class; and “Business Basic” - D Class. Subject to seat availability, number of seats available on each flight may be varied.
7. Cardholders must select the corresponding discount plan on the online reservation page and settling payment with Eligible Card to enjoy the Offer.
8. The Offer is not applicable to infant ticket.
9. The Offer is not applicable to cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous/add-on service charges. Fuel surcharges and taxes must be paid upon ticket purchase.
10. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

General Terms & Conditions (If applicable):

11. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the Merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
12. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
13. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward is calculated and awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the reward from the relevant credit card account or bank account linked to the eligible debit card without prior notice.
14. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
15. Citibank and the Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
16. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
17. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
18. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
19. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

21.
