"Pearl Health Screening Packages” Terms & Conditions:
1. The promotion period is from January 1 to December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Health Check Offers at Gleneagles Medical Clinic Central, Hong Kong (the “Merchant”) is only applicable to selected items. (the “Offer”).
2. The Customer should understand and agree to the items and content of the Offer and the services arranged by the Merchant and/or the Outlet before receiving the same.
3. Advance booking is required. Please specify the choice of health screening package at time of booking.
4. Specialist’s follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment.
5. Payment must be made with any Citi-HK credit card to enjoy the offers.
6. The Merchant shall be entitled to revoke, alter, add to or vary the contents used in the Offer without further notice.
7. In case of any dispute in respect of the Offer, Citi-HK and the Merchant has the final decision.
8. Citi-HK shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
