Mobile Medical

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers (as defined in Clause 13) applies to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and other Citi entities (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders). Mobile Medical & Health Check Centre Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full of Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period (as defined in Clause 12) to enjoy the Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time;, reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
3. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Availability of the Offers are subject to offers or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

11. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. 12. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s (as defined in Clause 13) promotion period is valid from now to January 31, 2027 (both days inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
13. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy up to 55% off on designated health check plans (“Offers”) at Mobile Medical & Health Check Centre (“Centre”). Details as below:

14. Advance booking is required.
15. The Cardholders should understand and agree to the items and content of the Offers and the services arranged by the Merchant before receiving the same.
16. The Merchant shall be entitled to revoke, alter, add to or vary the contents used in the Offers without further notice.
17. In case of any dispute in respect of the Offers, Citibank and the Merchant has the final decision.
18. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
