1. The promotion period is from March 3, 2026 00:00 Hong Kong time till March 12, 2026 23:59 Hong Kong time, or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). For status of the quota, please refer to Hotels.com website (https://zh.hotels.com/citi-hk) for details.
2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Hotels.com (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact Merchant for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to make pre-paid hotel-only booking at website https://zh.hotels.com/citi-hk and enter the coupon code “CTHT15” prior to proceeding with payment using Eligible Cards to enjoy extra 15% off (“Offer”), with a maximum discount of HK$250 per transaction. This Offer cannot be used on a booking of a hotel combined with other offering such as flight + hotel package or flight + hotel + car package. This Offer also cannot be used on accommodation supplied by third party.
4. This Offer cannot be redeemed through call centre or support agent.
5. This Offer applies only to bookings with travel period between March 3, 2026 to September 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
6. This Offer applies only to bookings with length of stay at least 1 night.
7. This Offer can be redeemed by each Hotels.com user up to two times throughout the Promotion Period.
8. The applicable discount will be subtracted from the price of the travel reservation before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs.
9. The Offer can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid for at the destination or charged by the supplier.

12. In the event of a single transaction booking for multiple rooms, the discount will apply only to the lowest-priced room (e.g., if three rooms are booked, the discount will apply only to one of the three rooms, specifically the lowest-priced one, and not to all rooms)
13. This Offer cannot be redeemed against taxes, tax recovery charges, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges (including, without limitation, any fees or charges that may be payable for extra guests attending the activity, parking costs or other charges), which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
14. This Offer may not be used with other discount coupons, promotions or special offers. Bookings made using the Offer are not eligible for rewards points/mileage/cashback/other benefit under any rewards/mileage/cashback/similar program offered by third party marketing affiliates of Hotels.com.
15. This Offer cannot be used for any booking already made. It will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. This Offer has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and, therefore, no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the Discount. This Offer may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking.

General Terms and Conditions (If applicable)

23. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
24. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.

30. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
