1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers’ (as defined in Clause 15) promotion period are valid from now until December 31, 2025, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (""Promotion Period"").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers apply to Cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card and Citibank Debit Mastercard issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Taste Gourmet Group Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
5. Cardholders must be one of the patrons to enjoy the Offers.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable to banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meal, special promotional item, tickets/coupons/vouchers or valet parking privileges.
8. Availability of the Offers are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Citi Mastercard Exclusive - Enjoy HK$50 MTR Malls eVouchers at designated Taste Gourmet Group’s restaurants” Terms and Conditions:
15. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$50 MTR malls e-voucher upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 22) of HK$400 at the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants, including San-Kinn Taiwanese Hot Pot (at PopCorn), Nabe Urawa (at The LOHAS), Nabe Urawa (at The Wai) and Khao San (at The Wai) by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, but subject to quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offers 1”).
16. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) apply to the Offers and will be based on original price.
17. The Offers are only applicable for dine-in and walk-in takeaway. The Offers are not applicable for the order from 3rd party delivery platform.
18. Cardholders can enjoy the Offer(s) once per order.
19. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order.
20. The Offer cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other offer and promotion.
21. Limited quantities of quota are available of the Offers. The Offers commence at the opening hour of the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants on August 1, 2025, and will expire at the last order time before the closing hour of the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants on December 31, 2025 respectively, or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the opening and closing hour of each of the participating restaurants and about the quota status with the Merchant.
22. A ""Single Net Transaction"" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

“HK$50 MTR Malls eVoucher” Terms and Conditions :
23. The HK$50 MTR Malls eVoucher (“eVoucher”) under this promotion is issued in denomination of HK$50. The eVoucher will be distributed to the Cardholder upon confirmation of each Eligible Transaction at outlet instantly by the Merchant.
24. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the eVoucher based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchant.
25. Each eVoucher under this promotion is valid till June 30, 2026 and should be used for next time and remaining balance must be settled by Eligible Cards, for any eVoucher that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The eVoucher cannot be exchanged and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the eVoucher. The eVoucher is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions.
26. eVoucher cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
27. Citibank and Mastercard is not a supplier of the product and/or services purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
28. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank and Mastercard shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
29. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
