Citi Cards and Trip.com Year-Round Offer (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion is valid from January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) (both dates inclusive) and the check-in date for hotels / departure date for flights / pick-up date for car rental is valid from January 1, 2026 until January 15, 2027 (both dates inclusive).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion applies to cardholders (""Cardholders"") of Citi Credit, Debit and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). Trip.com (“Trip.com”) (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types, please contact Trip.com for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, cardholders who book hotels, flights or car rentals at Trip.com with Eligible Cards via the designated link (https://hk.trip.com/t/citibank-hk-en or https://hk.trip.com/sale/5545/citibank.html?locale=en_hk&curr=hkd&allianceid=3929073&sid=23265071) are entitled to designated discounts for hotels, flights or car rentals (“Offers”). The Offers are also not applicable to any bundle products, including but not limited to ticket and hotel packages and other specific products. The information displayed on the booking page is final.
4. Customers must sign up as a Trip.com member or log in to your Trip.com member account to enjoy the offer.
5. The Promo Code(s) (as defined in Clause 6) can be used on the mobile application of Trip.com (“App”), the desktop version website (PC) and the mobile version website (“Website”) (Traditional Chinese and English of the Hong Kong region).
6. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are entitled to the designated Offers below:
6.1 Hotel discount (“Hotel Offer”) is applicable to room rates of designated global hotels only and selected prepaid hotel room types. The Hotel Offer is not applicable to tax and surcharges.
6.1.1 Customers can enjoy up to 8% instant discount on the order of hotel upon booking via the designated link and apply the designated promo code “CITI26H”. For booking with Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 7) HK$2,499 or below, cardholders can enjoy 6% instant discount; For booking with Single Net Transaction HK$2,500 to HK$3,499, Cardholders can enjoy 7% instant discount; For booking with Single Net Transaction HK$3,500 or above, Cardholders can enjoy 8% instant discount.
6.2 Flight discount (“Flight Offer”) is applicable to adult flight ticket fare only and is not applicable to taxes and other surcharges. The Flight Offer is not applicable to China domestic flight , selected flight routes nor to the flight ticket which has payment method restriction.
6.2.1 Current customers – Enjoy up to HK$200 off upon flight booking via the designated link and apply the designated promo code “CITI26F”. Book flight with Single Net Transaction of HK$2,000 to HK$3,999 to get HK$50 instant discount; Book flight with Single Net Transaction of HK$4,000 to HK$5,999 to get HK$100 instant discount; Book flight with Single Net Transaction of HK$6,000 to HK$7,999 to get HK$150 instant discount; Book flight with Single Net Transaction of HK$8,000 or above to get HK$200 instant discount;
6.2.2 New customers - Enjoy 3% instant discount on the order of flights upon booking via the designated link and apply the designated promo code “CITI26FN”. New customers are defined as customers who have never booked Flights on any platforms of Trip.com.
6.3 Car rental discount (“Car Rental Offer”) is applicable to designated fully prepaid car rentals on Trip.com. The Rental Offer cannot be applied to certain packages.
6.3.1 Current customers - Enjoy 5% instant discount on the order of car rentals upon booking via designated link and apply the designated promo code “CITI26CR”.
6.3.2 New customers - enjoy 8% instant discount on the order of Car Rentals upon booking via designated link and apply the designated promo code “CITI26CRN”. New customers are defined as customers who have never booked Car Rentals on any platforms of Trip.com.
Cardholders are required to fill in or apply the above designated promo code(s) after filling in the Traveler(s) information. The information displayed on the booking page is final.
7. A ""Single Net Transaction"" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
8. Each order can be applied with one Promo Code only. All orders must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) with the Eligible Cards.
9. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, Trip coins, gift cards and other offers.
10. In case of cancelling the orders with promo code applied, the promo code(s) will be automatically returned to customer’s account, and if stock lasts, it can be used again during the Promotion Period. In the event of cancelling the orders with promo code applied by contacting the Customer Service and requesting making changes, the promo code will no longer be valid.
11. For hotels, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular room type. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the hotel. For flights, the rate before discounts refers to the original rate of the particular flight. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the airline. For car rentals, the rate before discount refers to the original rate of the particular car rental order. The original rate may be different from the retail rate announced by the suppliers.
12. Hotel cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the room types. Please refer to the room policy during booking. Flight cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the flight tickets. Please refer to the flight policy during booking. Car rental cancellation and prepayment policy may vary depending on the car rental orders. Please refer to the car rental policy during booking.
13. Citibank Hong Kong and Trip.com are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; it is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.

General Terms and Conditions
14. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the Merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
15. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
16. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward is calculated and awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the reward from the relevant credit card account or bank account linked to the eligible debit card without prior notice.
17. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
18. Citibank and the Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
19. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
20. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
21. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
22. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka.
