1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and other Citi entities ("Eligible Cards"). TSUI HANG VILLAGE RESTAURANT LIMITED including Cuisine Cuisine and Tsui Hang Village (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

13. During the Promotion Period, cardholders can enjoy extra 5% off on designated Chinese Puddings versus specific retail prices upon settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards in Tsui Hang Village’s outlets, Cuisine Cuisine’s outlets and Mira eShop (www.mira-eshop.com) (“Offer 1”).

15. During the Promotion Period, cardholder of Eligible Cards can enjoy special prices up to 12% off on designated festive products listed below versus specific retail prices, upon settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards at Tsui Hang Village’s outlets, and Mira eShop (www.mira-eshop.com) (“Offer 2”).

16. Orders of Offer 2 must be placed at least 2 working days in advance.
17. The physical voucher or e-Voucher must be presented upon redemption of Offer 1. Customers shall redeem the ordered products at Cuisine Cuisine or Tsui Hang Village Restaurant outlets starting from February 5 to February 14,2026. For redemption details, please refer to Merchant’s website, physical voucher, e-Voucher or contact Merchant.
18. The cost for mailing physical gift vouchers is HKD35 (calculated per address) and can be selected at the time of ordering.
19. Once the order is placed and the transaction is completed, if customers are not able to collect the ordered products within the collection period at designated redemption location, the physical voucher or e-Voucher will be considered void and no refund will be made.
