Terms and conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card and Citibank Debit Mastercard issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) ("Eligible Cards") ("Cardholders"). Taste Gourmet Group (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards to enjoy the offer(s). For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
3. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the offer(s) cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offer(s).
5. Availability of the offer(s) is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank, Mastercard and Hang Lung shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank, Mastercard and respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank, Mastercard and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and the respective merchants.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

11. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation. (b) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to: i. Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
12. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
13. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
14. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Special Terms and Conditions:
15. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from April 15 to September 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
16. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$50 Hang Lung e-Coupon upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 21) of HK$350 or above at the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants, including Nabe Urawa (Grand Plaza), Yakiniku Guu (Grand Plaza), San-Kinn Taiwanese Hot Pot (Grand Plaza), La’Taste (Kornhill Plaza) and Nabe Urawa (Amoy Plaza) by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, but subject to quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offer”).
17. The Offer is only applicable for dine-in and walk-in takeaway. The Offer is not applicable for the order from 3rd party delivery platform.
18. Cardholders can enjoy the Offer once per order.
19. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order.
20. Limited quantities of quota are available of the Offer. The Offer commences at the opening hour of the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants on April 15, 2026, and will expire at the last order time before the closing hour of the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants on September 30, 2026 respectively, or when the quota has been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the opening and closing hour of each of the participating restaurants and about the quota status with the Merchant.
21. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded. “HK$50 Hang Lung e-Coupons” Terms and Conditions:
22. The HK$50 Hang Lung e-Coupon (“e-Coupon(s)”) under this promotion is issued in denomination of HK$50. The e-Coupon will be distributed to the Cardholder in the means of a physical e-Coupon Redemption Voucher (“Redemption Voucher”) upon confirmation of each Eligible Transaction at outlet instantly by the Merchant. Each Redemption Voucher includes a unique promotion code, Cardholder can redeem the e-Coupon(s) via Hang Lung Malls App or the hello WeChat Mini Program by entering the unique promotion code on the corresponding “Promo Code” page on or before November 30, 2026. The e-Coupon(s) will be instantly credited to the “My Wallet” section of the hello member’s account. Any unique promotion code that has not been redeemed after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued.
23. The Redemption Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, defaced, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
24. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the e-Coupon based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank, Mastercard and Hang Lung shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchant.
25. Each e-Coupon issued under this promotion is valid till December 31, 2026, for any e-Coupon that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The e-Coupons can be used at any e-Coupon participating merchant and the remaining balance must be settled by Eligible Cards. The e-Coupon cannot be exchanged and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the e-Coupon. The e-Coupon is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. For details regarding the issuance and usage shall be obtained by contacting the Merchant directly.
26. The e-Coupon is subject to specific terms and conditions, details of which can be found at the e-Coupon page in Hang Lung Malls App or the hello WeChat Mini Program, or https://www.citibank.com.hk/credit-cards/pdf/promotions/hlcoupontnc.pdf .
27. Citibank, Mastercard and Hang Lung is not a supplier of the product and/or services purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
28. Citibank, Mastercard and Hang Lung shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank, Mastercard and Hang Lung shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
