General Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer (as defined in Clause 15) promotion period is from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers apply to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Cuisine Continental Group (HK) Limited / Cuisine Continental (HK) Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the respective Promotion Period to enjoy the respective Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers upon ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
5. Cardholders must be one of the patrons to enjoy the Offers.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable to banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meal, special promotional item, cigarettes/cigars, beverages, bottled liquor/wine, tickets/coupons/vouchers, valet parking privileges, delivery services.
8. Availability of the Offers are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
13. Other terms and conditions apply, please inquire about the details with the Merchant.
14. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.
“Citi Credit Card Exclusive: Enjoy Up to HK$200 e-Cash Coupon with Top-up at Cuisine Rewards” Terms and Conditions:
15. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy a designated extra e-cash coupon by topping up Cuisine Rewards with designated amount using the Eligible Card at the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants (“Eligible Top-up”), including Délifrance Café, Délifrance Bistro, alfafa and Chatterbox Café (“Designated Restaurants”), but subject to quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offer”).
(a) Enjoy an extra HK$50 e-cash coupon upon topping up HK$500;
(b) Enjoy an extra HK$100 e-cash coupon upon topping up HK$1,000;
(c) Enjoy an extra HK$200 e-cash coupon upon topping up HK$2,000.
16. Cardholders can enjoy the Offer once per order.
17. Cardholders must be registered as Cuisine Rewards e-member to enjoy the Offer.
18. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order.
19. Cardholders need to notice the staff for using the Offer upon seating or ordering.
20. The Offer 15a, 15b and 15c cannot be enjoyed at the same time.
21. Limited quantities of quota are available for each month of the Offer. The Offer commence at the opening hour of the Merchant’s Designated Restaurants on April 1, May 1 and June 1, 2025 respectively, and will expire at the closing hour of the Merchant’s Designated Restaurants on April 30, May 31 and June 30, 2025 respectively, or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the opening and closing hour of each of the Designated Restaurants and about the quota status with the Merchant.

“Cuisine Rewards e-Cash Coupon” Usage Terms and Conditions:
22. The Cuisine Rewards e-Cash Coupon (“e-Cash Coupon”) under this promotion will be credited to the Cardholder’s Cuisine Rewards e-member account (“Account”) by the Merchant within 60 working days upon the confirmation of each eligible top-up.
23. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive the e-Cash Coupon based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchant.
24. Each e-Cash Coupon under this promotion will be valid for 3 months starting from the date it is credited to Cardholder’s Account by the Merchant and can be used for next transaction and made by Eligible Cards at the Merchant’s Designated Restaurants, the spending amount (before 10% service charge applies for restaurant) must be greater than or equal to the face value of the e-Cash Coupon, for any e-Cash Coupon that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued. The e-Cash Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given for any balance not spent on the e-Cash Coupon. The e-Cash Coupon is non-refundable and shall be used in accordance with their terms and conditions. Please contact the Merchant for details.
25. Cardholders are required to log in the Cuisine Rewards e-member account and the original e-Cash Coupon must be presented for settlement, screen capture is not accepted. Any remaining balance must be settled by Citibank Eligible Cards.
26. Each transaction is limited to the use of a maximum of ONE e-Cash Coupon and ONE physical cash coupon or cash discount coupon issued by the Merchant. The e-Cash Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion unless specify.
27. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to replace the e-Cash Coupon with a gift of similar value.
28. The e-Cash Coupon cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, stolen, expired and/or voided.
29. Citibank is not a supplier of the product and/or services purchased and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
30. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the Merchant.
31. If under any circumstances Cardholders return or cancel the eligible transaction, the Merchant reserves the absolute right to charge the original value of the e-Cash coupon(s) rewarded without prior notice.
32. Unless otherwise specified, the e-Cash coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional offers, nor transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
33. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
