“Up to 10% off Flight Tickets at Qatar Airways” Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is applicable to cardholders of Citi Credit Card, Debit Card and Commercial Card (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") (“Eligible Cards”). Qatar Airways (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is valid from now until March 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). Flights can be booked for departure from now until September 30, 2026, with blackout period from February 6 to February 16, 2026 and August 29 to September 9, 2026 for outbound flights; and February 20 to February 28, 2026 and July 28 to August 10, 2026 for inbound flights (both dates inclusive).
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to book flight ticket(s) with a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 4) through the designated Merchant official website www.qatarairways.com/citibank-hk or its mobile app (“Merchant Platform”) and enter the promo code "CITIHK26" (“Promo Code”) when searching the flight and proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy up to 10% off per booking on Business Class Comfort fares (only valid on booking classes D) and Economy Class Convenience base fares (only valid on booking classes S, V, L, M, K) (“Offer 1”); and enjoy up to 5% off per booking on Business Class Classic base fares (only valid on booking class R, I) and Economy Class Classic fares (only valid on booking classes O, T, Q, N) (“Offer 2”).
4. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
5. The Offer is only applicable to the flight ticket booking(s) through the Merchant Platform and by entering the Promo Code at the promo code field. Any request to apply the Promo Code after checkout is not accepted.
6. The Offer is only applicable to the flight ticket booking(s) issued in Hong Kong and on Qatar Airways one way or return flights from Hong Kong to the following destinations.
Africa: Accra, Cairo, Casablanca, Entebbe
Americas: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Montreal, New York, Sao Paulo, Washington, DC

7. All-in fares include all taxes, fees, and surcharges which are subject to currency fluctuation.
8. Offer is applied on fare selection and will not be shown in the final receipt. It is the responsibility of the Cardholders to select the right fares with Offer applied by looking out for the Offer indicating discounted fares.
9. The Offer, on some occasions, will be inclusive of any discounts that has already been applied on the fares itself.
10. Peak period surcharges may apply.
11. Fares are subject to change without prior notice.
12. The Offer applies to one-way or return base fare only of selected fare classes and destinations.
13. Minimum and maximum stay as well as advance purchase rules apply dependent on the booking class.
14. Blackout dates and surcharges may apply. Please refer to the fare rules for details at the time of booking.
15. Please refer to the fare rules at the time of booking for changes, cancellations and no-show conditions.
16. Any change or cancellation less than 3 hours prior to the stated time of departure will be considered as no-show.
17. For travel involving multiple booking classes, the most restrictive fare rules apply to the entire itinerary.
18. Standard child/infant discount applies.
19. The Offer cannot be used on open-jaw, stopover, multi-city, package, redemption ticket, codeshare flights and other channels.
20. Ticket validity, rebooking and cancellation fee: differ according to cabin class and fare category.
21. The Offer is not applicable to fuel surcharges, taxes, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges.
22. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts (unless otherwise specified).
23. The Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
24. The fares detailed in this Offer(s) are subject to limited availability and offered on a first come, first serve basis.
25. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
26. Availability of the Promo Code is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
27. Citibank and the Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the Promo Code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
28. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
29. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.
30. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the rights to amend or cancel the offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice.
31. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the rights for final decision.
32. In case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
