Grand Hyatt Hong Kong

1.Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.

2.Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.

3.Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.

4.Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the offer and will be charged based on original price and borne by Cardholders.

5.Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

6.Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

7.Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

8.Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.

9.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.

10.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

12.(a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.

(b)Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:

i.Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh;

ii.Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.

13.In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.

14.No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.

15.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Special Terms and Conditions:

16.Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is from now until September 25, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (""Promotion Period"").

17.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders will be entitled to a 30% discount designated mooncakes and hampers at Chocolatier / designated eShop (“eVoucher ”) in their Citi Mobile® App upon saving the eVoucher (“Offer”).

18.Cardholders can enjoy 30% discount on designated mooncakes and hampers upon successfully redeeming the saved eVoucher and presenting at Chocolatier / apply the promo code at designated eShop with using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full.

19.Quota of the eVoucher is limited and only available while the quota lasts on a first-come-first-served basis with no further notice. Upon the quota is reached, Cardholders will not be able to get eVoucher on Citi Mobile® App and cannot be used at the Merchant. 

20.The actual offer quota is subject to the Merchant’s usage records.

21.The corresponding eVoucher is valid within its specified validity period, for any eVoucher that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued.

22.The eVoucher is subject to specific terms and conditions, please inquire about the details with the Merchant.

23.Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.

24.Personal data include but does not limit to full name, email address, mobile number and billing information is required upon order. By proceeding with the order, customers are authorising Grand Hyatt Hong Kong as their supplier and FUSION Limited and its affiliates as the payment gateway processors; to use their data for the purpose of processing the payment transaction, and to retain their data for future reference of the transaction.

25.For pick-up orders, an order confirmation will be sent to the Eligible Card holders’ email address once order confirmed with successful payment made on Eligible Card. Eligible Card holders must present the order confirmation upon pick-up. 

26.Orders are available for pick up from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm from September 7 to 25 , 2026, both dates inclusive (“Redemption Period”) at Chocolatier, Mezzanine Floor, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The order confirmation must be presented upon redemption and will be invalid after the Redemption Period. 

27.Earning and redemption of World of Hyatt points and K Dollar are not applicable.

28.Once the order is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or refund of the order is allowed.

29.Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, VIP cards, gift certificates and gift cards, dining coupons or other promotional offers (including Club at the Hyatt and all credit card offers).

30.Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

31.Order must be placed 48 hours in advance in order to enjoy the offer. 

32.Mooncakes are available for redemption in-store only.

33.Eligible Cardholders must maintain valid Eligible Card accounts with a good credit record in order to be eligible for the Offer.

34.Confirmation of order and collection of offers are subject to confirmation from Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.
