1. Unless otherwise specified, the hutchgo.com 6% off Hotel Booking Year-round Offer ("Year-round Offer") is only applicable to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards"). hutchgo.com may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types. Please contact hutchgo.com for details.
2. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the offers.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
4. Offers are only applicable to selected destinations, including Hong Kong, Macao, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, Vietnam, USA, Singapore, China .
5. Offers can only be used for pre-pay bookings and cannot be redeemed against bookings which are paid at the destination.
6. Offers are applicable to hotel room charges only. Taxes and service charges may not apply.
7. Offers are subject to availability of the Hotels.
8. Offers are not applicable to a hotel booking in combination with any other product such as flight + hotel.
9. hutchgo.com 's online booking system can only offer discount for one room type per booking. If the Cardholder wants to order more than one room type or multiple-room booking in same room type, please make multiple bookings to enjoy the discount.
10. For eligible free cancellation hotel bookings, Cardholders can arrange directly via the hutchgo.com website and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Hotels. For other cancellation or amendments, Cardholders are required to contact the hutchgo.com customer service officer through cs@hutchgo.com or call 3163 0800.
11. Availability of the offers is subject to availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and hutchgo.com at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
12. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant sales receipts or order confirmation receipt (applicable to online transactions) from hutchgo.com in respect of the Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
13. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in the offers as well as the transactions based on Citibank's records.
14. Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive the offers; otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
15. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
16. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related services. hutchgo.com is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such services and all auxiliary services.
17. Citibank and hutchgo.com reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and hutchgo.com.
18. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions for "hutchgo.com 6% off Hotel Booking Year-round Offer":

1. Unless otherwise specified, the offer is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive ("Year-round Offer Promotion Period") and the hotel stay period is valid from January 1, 2024 to January 10, 2025, both dates inclusive ("Year-round Offer Hotel Stay Period").
2. Cardholders are required to make hotel bookings at the hutchgo.com designated landing page ( www.hutchgo.com.hk/en/hotels?utm_source=citibank&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=citibank via the Citibank landing page www.citibank.com.hk/hutchgo ) and enter the Promotion Code "CITI2024" prior to proceeding with payment to enjoy the Year-round Offer during the Year-round Offer Promotion Period and stay at the hotels during the Year-round Offer Hotel Stay Period.

“Citi Pay with Points” Terms and Conditions:

1. Citi Pay with Points Redemption Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Eligible Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card, and Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").
2. This Service is applicable to the Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 3 below) Cardholders made at the hutchgo.com mobile application or website www.hutchgo.com.hk (“hutchgo.com’s Online Platform”) with a credit card issued by Citibank (“Eligible Transaction”).
3. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
4. To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their Eligible Cards and their mobile number that has been registered with Citibank, as per Citibank’s last updated record, to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password is correctly entered. Eligible Cardholders can select the amount to redeem with Citi Points (“Points”) and complete the redemption under the Service. If the Eligible Card account provided by the Eligible Cardholder is not a credit card account for effecting the Eligible Transaction, the redemption amount will be posted to the Eligible Card account provided by the Cardholder according to Clause 7 as a statement credit, which can be used for offsetting the purchases other than the Eligible Transaction.
5. Identity verification will be required for subsequent redemptions made by the same Eligible Card at hutchgo.com’s Online Platform.
6. The Service is valid immediately after performing the Eligible Transaction. In any case Cardholders exit from hutchgo.com’s Online Platform voluntarily or involuntarily including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or unexpected outage on hutchgo.com’s Online Platform, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 4-5 above, Cardholders will not be eligible to enjoy the Service and will require to make another Eligible Transaction at hutchgo.com’s Online Platform to enjoy the Service.
7. The amount of Points redeemed for statement credits to offset Eligible Transaction will be deducted from Eligible Card account. Cardholders may redeem up to Eligible Transaction amount in full with Points or available Points at Eligible Card account (whichever is lower). Cardholders must redeem a minimum amount, which is subject to the minimum required Points shown in the Citi Pay with Points page under hutchgo.com’s Online Platform for each redemption. Statement credits will be posted to Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account within 7 calendar days of redemption.
8. The redemption rate varies by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact redemption amount and points required are based on the display at the Citi Pay with Points page under hutchgo.com’s Online Platform at the time of redemption.
9. Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to mobile phone number. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.
10. The Service cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.
11. If under any circumstances Eligible Cardholders return or cancel the Eligible Transaction, any associated statement credit will remain on Eligible Cardholders’ Card Account and Points will not be returned.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
