Kowloon Shangri-La

1.Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Kowloon Shangri-La(“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.

2.Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.

3.Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.

4.Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

5.Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

6.Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

7.Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.

8.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.

9.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

11.(a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.

(b)Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:

i.Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh;

ii.Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.

12.In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.

13.No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.

14.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Special Terms and Conditions:

15.Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is from August 1 until September 21, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").

16.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders will be entitled to offers below at designated page on Shangri-La Boutique by entering the promo code and ordering designated Kowloon Shangri-La Mid-Autumn Festival selected mooncakes, festive delicacies and gift hampers with an Eligible Card upon saving the eVoucher in their Citi Mobile® App (“eVoucher ”) (“Offer”).

- Offer 1:

Period 1: Aug 1 - Sep 21, 2026

Upon spending at HK$1500 (after discount) or above, receive a HK$100 e-voucher

 - Offer 2:

i) Period 1: Aug 1 - 13, 2026

25% early bird offers on selected mooncakes, goodies and hampers

ii) Period 2: Aug 14 – Sep 21, 2026

20% off mooncakes, goodies and hampers

17.Cardholders can enjoy the Offer upon successfully redeeming the saved eVoucher, applying the promo code and ordering designated Kowloon Shangri-La Mid-Autumn Festival selected mooncakes, festive delicacies and gift hampers at designated page on Shangri-La Boutique using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full.

18.Quota of the eVoucher is limited and only available while the quota lasts on a first-come-first-served basis with no further notice. Upon the quota is reached, Cardholders will not be able to get eVoucher on Citi Mobile® App and cannot be used at the Merchant. 

19.The actual offer quota is subject to the Merchant’s usage records.

20.The corresponding eVoucher is valid within its specified validity period, for any eVoucher that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued.

21.The eVoucher is subject to specific terms and conditions, please inquire about the details with the Merchant.

22.Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.

23.Orders must be placed at least 3 working days prior to your preferred collection date, while stocks last.

24.Shangri-La Circle membership points earning is not applicable.

25.The e-Vouchers of your ordered products must be presented upon redemption at the designated Festive Counter at the Hotel within the redemption period. Otherwise, the e-Vouchers will be forfeited thereafter, and no refund will be made.

26.For the offer of receiving a HK$100 e-voucher upon purchase of HK$1,500 (after discount) or above, the HK$100 e-voucher will only be applicable to purchases of designated Kowloon Shangri-La dining products under the “EXPERIENCE” page on Shangri-La Boutique with a net order amount at HK$300 or above, after deducting Shangri-La Circle points (if applicable). The e-voucher is not applicable to designated products stated on the e-Vouchers. The e-vouchers are available while stocks last. The e-Voucher usage T&Cs apply and are subject to changes. 27.Please contact Kowloon Shangri-La for the product and offer details of the selected Kowloon Shangri-La Mid-Autumn Festival delights, including mooncakes, goodies and/ hampers.

28.The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions, cash or dining vouchers, or membership benefits or privileges.

29.Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, altered, transferred or exchanged for cash, gifts, services, other products or discounts, and no refund once the payment is settled successfully under any circumstances. Lost vouchers will not be re-issued.
