1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and other Citi entities ("Eligible Cards"). The merchants may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.
2. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offers before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the offers.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

13. Personal data include but does not limit to full name, email address, mobile number and billing information is required upon order. By proceeding with the order, customers are authorising Grand Hyatt Hong Kong as their supplier and FUSION Limited and its affiliates as the payment gateway processors; to use their data for the purpose of processing the payment transaction, and to retain their data for future reference of the transaction.
14. For pick-up orders, an order confirmation will be sent to the Eligible Card holders’ email address once order confirmed with successful payment made on Eligible Card. Eligible Card holders must present the order confirmation upon pick-up.
15. Orders are available for pick up from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm from 8 September to 6 October, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Redemption Period”) at Chocolatier, Mezzanine Floor, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The order confirmation must be presented upon redemption and will be invalid after the Redemption Period.
16. To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardholders must input the designated promo code “CITIMC20” via the designated e-shop link of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong provided by Citibank and use an Eligible Card to settle the payment upon purchase.
17. Earning and redemption of World of Hyatt points and K Dollar are not applicable.
18. Once the order is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or refund of the order is allowed.
19. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, VIP cards, gift certificates and gift cards, dining coupons or other promotional offers (including Club at the Hyatt and all credit card offers).
20. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
21. Order must be placed 48 hours in advance in order to enjoy the offer.
22. Mooncakes are available for redemption in-store only.
23. Eligible Cardholders must maintain valid Eligible Card accounts with a good credit record in order to be eligible for the Offer.
