Citi Mastercard Limited-Time Offer: Extra 20% off Worldwide Hotel Booking” (“The Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from September 9, 2025 till September 12, 2025 (both dates inclusive), or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). For status of the quota, please refer to Agoda App for details.

2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Cards and Citibank Debit Mastercard issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Agoda (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact Merchant for details.

3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who make worldwide hotel booking via Agoda App (Agoda Platform) and settle payment with Eligible Cards can enjoy extra 20% off (“Offer”), with a maximum discount of US$50 per transaction.

4. This Offer is valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the Offer.

5. Cardholders are required to first enter destination and dates to search for hotels on Agoda App, then tap “Activate the deal” on the promotion banner shown on search results page to enjoy the Offer. After activating the Offer, the research results page will be refreshed, showing the discounted prices with Offer applied for all eligible hotels automatically.

6. This Offer is subject to quota availability on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts.

7. This Offer is only applicable to hotel bookings made through the Agoda App. Hotel bookings made through desktop website or mobile website are not eligible for the Offer.

8. This Offer is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).

9. This Offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).

General Terms and Conditions

10. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to Merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.

11. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

12. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward is calculated and awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the reward from the relevant credit card account or bank account linked to the eligible debit card without prior notice.

13. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

14. Citibank, Mastercard and Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.

15. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

16. Citibank, Mastercard and Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

17. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and Merchant.

18. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

20. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka.
