General Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and other Citi entities ("Eligible Cards"). Beans Group Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

11. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.

Special Terms and Conditions:
12. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
13. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy free upgrade on Classic Benedict from single egg to double egg, for dine-in breakfast and afternoon tea every Monday (except public holidays) at designated Beans outlets (include: Kowloon Bay outlet, Kwai Fong outlet, Ma On Shan outlet, Tuen Mun outlet, Tseung Kwan O PopCorn outlet, Tseung Kwan O East Point City outlet), using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full (“Offer 1”).
14. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy 5% off on all dine-in food and beverage spendings at Beans outlets at Beans outlets, using Eligible Cards to settle the payment in full (“Offer 2”).
15. Offer 1 and Offer 2 cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, cash or dining vouchers, shopping mall membership points redemption or cash vouchers, BEANS APP membership or staff promotions or discounts. Shopping mall members can earn membership points through dine-in spending; BEANS APP members can earn BEANS APP membership points through dine-in spending (calculated after discounts).
16. If the discounted price involves digits after the decimal point (cents), the digits after the decimal point will be rounded off unconditionally.
