Terms and conditions

1.Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). The merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.
2.Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3.Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
4.Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5.Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6.Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7.Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
8.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchant.
9.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

11.(a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.
(b)Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:
(i)Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh;
(ii)Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
12.In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
13.No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
14.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

“Citi Credit Card Exclusive: Up to HK800 off round-trip flights at Singapore Airlines” Terms & Conditions:
15.The promotion period of the Offer (as defined in Clause 16) is from September 1, 2026, 0900hrs (GMT+8) to September 21, 2026, 2359hrs (GMT+8), both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
16.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to purchase round-trip flights departing from Hong Kong to any Singapore Airlines-operated destination (excluding North Asia) at singaporeair.com or SingaporeAir mobile app, with designated promo code “SQCITIHK” (“Code”) and settling the payment with Eligible Card to enjoy HK$200 discount per adult  (“Offer”). The Offer is only applicable to transactions with a maximum of 4 passengers per transaction. (i.e. maximum total discount of HK$800 per transaction). 
17.Any request to apply the Code after checkout will not be accepted. 
18.The Offer quotas are limited and available while quotas last. The Code will no longer be available once the total usage limit is reached during the Promotion Period. 
19.Only one (1) Code can be used for each transaction. 
20.The Code is only applicable for outbound travel on or before June 30, 2027 and travel complete on or before August 31, 2027. 
21.The Code is subject to seat availability and may not be available on all flights or dates. The Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code offers or discounts.
22.The Code cannot be used on one-way, open-jaw, stopover and multi-city itineraries.
23.The Code is only applicable for outbound and inbound flights operated by Singapore Airlines, excluding codeshare flights. 
24.The Code is valid for return flights where the first boarding point of the entire flight itinerary must be departing Hong Kong only.
25.The Code is not applicable for any payment of applicable taxes, cost of levy, travel insurance, cancellation, changes fees/penalties or other charges.   
26.The Code is applicable to adult, child and infant tickets. The Code discount will be pro-rated based on child and infant prices. The breakdown of the discounted fare can be found on the checkout page. 
27.The Code is not eligible for redemption and student tickets.
28.The Code cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
29.Validity, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other fare condition details may vary by booking class. For details, please refer to the full fare rules and conditions after flight selection and payment confirmation.
30.Final fares, after applying the Code, will be automatically calculated by Singapore Airlines’ online ticketing system before checkout.
31.The Code is non-refundable and not transferrable.
32.Child base fare is calculated as seventy-five percent (75%) of adult base fare, round up to nearest ten (10).
33.In case of any refund of transactions, the refund amount will not include the value of the Code used for the transactions.
34.The offer is subject to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by Singapore Airlines.
