3. Cardholders must present valid identification documents for registration before using the treatment.
4. An appointment is required, and customers must provide the promotion code T1367 when booking.
5. Each new customer can only use the offer once.
6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. It is limited to one person, for one-time use only, and cannot be exchanged for cash or converted to other products or services.
