“Breast Health Screening Package (Female only) ” Terms & Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from now to May 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period 1”). Health Check Offers at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong (the “Merchant”) is only applicable to selected items. (the “Offer”).
2. The Customer should understand and agree to the items and content of the Offer and the services arranged by the Merchant and/or the Outlet before receiving the same.
3. Advance booking is required. Please specify the choice of health screening package at time of booking.
4. Service location: Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong－Health Screening Clinic, 1 Nam Fung Path, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.
5. Clients with abnormal breast screening results before are recommended to consult breast surgeons first.
6. Pregnant women are not recommended to have 2D/3D mammogram.
7. HK$500 shall be charged from client in case the above check-up is not recommended after doctor consultation.
8. Follow-up consultation, treatment or medication shall not be provided for the health assessment.
9. Payment must be made with any Citi-HK credit card to enjoy the offers.
10. The Merchant shall be entitled to revoke, alter, add to or vary the contents used in the Offer without further notice.
11. In case of any dispute in respect of the Offer, Citi-HK and the Merchant has the final decision.
12. Citi-HK shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
