“3.8 Women's Day Check Up Offer” Terms & Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from now to Mar 31, 2025 & May 1 to May 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Health Check Offers at Blue Care Medical Centre (the “Merchant”) is only applicable to selected items. (the “Offer”).
2. The Customer should understand and agree to the items and content of the Offer and the services arranged by the Merchant and/or the Outlet before receiving the same.
3. Offers are available while stocks last. Prior appointment is required.
4. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
5. Payment must be made with any Citi-HK credit card to enjoy the offers.
6. SHINGRIX Vaccination applicable to aged 50 or above/aged 18 years or above at increased risk of herpes zoster only. Doctor's assessment prior to the vaccination is included. The vaccination offer is subject to the stock availability.
7. SHINGRIX Vaccination injection will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of 1st injection.
8. Neither amendment nor cancellation is allowed once the payment has been received.
9. The Merchant shall be entitled to revoke, alter, add to or vary the contents used in the Offer without further notice.
10. In case of any dispute in respect of the Offer, Citi-HK and the Merchant has the final decision.
11. Citi-HK shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
