“Health Check Year-Round offer” Terms & Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from January 1 to December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period 1”). Health Check Offers at Mobile Medical (the “Merchant”) is only applicable to selected items. (the “Offer”).
2. Advance booking is required.
3. The Customer should understand and agree to the items and content of the Offer and the services arranged by the Merchant and/or the Outlet before receiving the same.
4. The Merchant shall be entitled to revoke, alter, add to or vary the contents used in the Offer without further notice.
5. In case of any dispute in respect of the Offer, Citibank and the Merchant has the final decision.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
