Terms and conditions

General Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and other Citi entities ("Eligible Cards"). Häagen-Dazs™ (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the merchant for details.
2. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offers before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the offers.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
4. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
5. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
6. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
7. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
8. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
9. Other terms and conditions apply, please inquire the details with the Merchant.
10. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals. Special Terms and Conditions:
11. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from January 12, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
12. During the Promotion Period, cardholder of Eligible Cards can enjoy 8% off on ice-cream cake at Häagen-Dazs™, upon settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards(“Offer”).
13. Offer is applicable to Hong Kong Häagen-Dazs™ shops or eshop and for takeaway in Häagen-Dazs™ shops only.
14. Offer is NOT applicable for delivery fee in case of Home Delivery service is chosen in eShop purchase.
15. Offer is NOT valid to pick up ice cream cake on 24-26 & 31 December 2026.
16. The last valid ice cream cake pick-up date is 6 January 2027. Order in advance is needed. Order lead time may vary depends on different ice cream cakes.
17. Offer is not valid for delivery service.
18. Ice cream cake includes 1 hour dry ice. Extra dry ice will be charged.
19. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Häagen-Dazs™ club member discount, gift vouchers and other promotional offers.
20. Only net payment after discount is entitled to earn Häagen-Dazs™ Club bonus points.
