Moments Together

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers’ (as defined in Clause 15, 16 and 17) promotion period are valid from September 1, 2024 to November 30, 2024, both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers apply to Cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card and Citibank Debit Mastercard issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”)(“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Taste Gourmet Group Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the respective Promotion Period to enjoy the respective Offers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offers at the time of reservation and before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offers.
5. Cardholders must be one of the patrons to enjoy the Offers.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers are not applicable to banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meal, special promotional item, cigarettes/cigars, beverages, bottled liquor/wine, tickets/coupons/vouchers, valet parking privileges, delivery service or dates designated by the merchants.
8. Availability of the Offers are subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

14. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.

“Citi Mastercard Exclusive: Taste Gourmet Group’s Restaurants Dining Offer” Terms and Conditions:
15. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$50 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 24) of HK$300 at the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants, including Que, Parkview, Rakuraku Ramen, Takano, Tsukanto, La'Taste, Khao San, Kyoto Shokudo, Taipei Canteen, Match2 Taiwanese Kitchen in the corresponding outlets by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, but subject to quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offers 1”).
16. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$80 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction of HK$500 at the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants, including Dab-Pa, Urawa, Nabe Urawa, San-Kinn Taiwanese Hot Pot and Yakiniku Guu in the corresponding outlets by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, but subject to quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offers 2”).
17. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy HK$150 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction of HK$1,000 at the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants, including Azure 80, Moments Together and TIRPSE in the corresponding outlets by settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, but subject to quota availability herein on a first-come-first-served basis while the quota lasts (“Offers 3”).
18. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) apply to the Offers and will be based on original price.
19. The Offers are only applicable for dine-in, walk-in takeaway and online takeaway ordering, not applicable for 3rd party delivery platform.
20. Cardholders can enjoy the Offer(s) once per order.
21. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order.
22. The Offer 1, Offer 2 and Offer 3 cannot be enjoyed at the same time.
23. Limited quantities of quota are available for each month of the Offers. The Offers commence at the opening hour of the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants on September 1, October 1 and November 1, 2024 respectively (Hong Kong Time), and will expire at the last order time before the closing hour of the Merchant’s designated participating restaurants on September 30, October 31 and November 30, 2024 respectively (Hong Kong Time), or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Please inquire the opening and closing hour of each of the Participating Restaurants and about the quota status with the Merchant.
24. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
