Terms and conditions

“3% off on cruise fare at Celebrity Cruises” (“This Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promotion Period is from now till December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). CELEBRITY CRUISES BY JEBSEN HOLIDAYS LTD (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to enter promo code “CITI3YRO” when booking on Celebrity Cruises official Hong Kong website (www.celebritycruises.com.hk) to enjoy 3% off on cruises fare (“Offer”).
4. Cardholders must book cruise fare through www.celebritycruises.com.hk website and enter the promo code to enjoy the offer within the year 2026.
5. The Offer is not applicable to taxes, port fees, cruise fuel surcharges and other miscellaneous fees.
6. The Offer is only applicable to Hong Kong residents.
7. The Offer does not have cash value and cannot be redeemed in cash.
8. The Offer applies to Cardholders of Eligible Cards, can book up to three (3) cabins on the same sailing, and the Cardholder must be one of the travellers on that sailing.
9. Once the cabin is booked, it cannot be cancelled or changed to other departures, or other sailing itineraries.
10. Cruise ticket issuance conditions remain the same as laid on Celebrity Cruises’ official website www.celebritycruises.com. 11. Merchant reserves the right of altering any terms and conditions, and final decision in case of any dispute. General Terms & Conditions (If applicable):

Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the Merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the Merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
13. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
14. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which reward is calculated and awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount of the reward from the relevant credit card account or bank account linked to the eligible debit card without prior notice.
15. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
16. Citibank and the Merchant are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
17. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
18. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
19. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
20. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

22. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka.
