General Terms & Conditions: Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from January 1 to December 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive). Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and other Citi entities (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). The merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the merchant for details. Specific Offer Terms & Conditions:
- The promotion period of Offer 1 runs from 4 March 2024 to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive.
- The promotion period of Offer 2 & Offer 3 runs from 2 April 2024 to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive.
- Offer 1 is applicable to KKBOX new members only.
- Offer 2 & Offer 3 are applicable to all KKBOX members.
- These offers apply to holders of an eligible Citibank Credit Card (“Cardholders”) who make full payment with a valid Citibank Credit Card on KKBOX during the promotional period.
- These offers are only applicable to Hong Kong and Macau KKBOX accounts.
- Each KKBOX user can enjoy each Offer once only.
- These offers cannot be exchanged for cash, gift/cash vouchers, or other products/services, nor be returned or resold, nor be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
- Citibank and KKBOX reserve the sole right to vary or cancel the offers and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Citibank and KKBOX shall be final and conclusive.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
