1. This Offer is only applicable for regular priced items and all sale items.
2. This Offer is only applicable to VIVIENNE TAM physical stores in HK. Assortment and styles may be varied by shops.
3. This Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or services and cannot be transferred.
4. If any transaction with Offer redeemed involves fraud or abuse (including but not limited to multiple purchases of the same product with the same credit card number), VIVIENNE TAM reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
5. Mastercard is not the supplier of the products or services provider and are not responsible for any obligations and liabilities relating to the respective products and services.
6. Mastercard and VIVIENNE TAM reserve the right to alter/terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations of related offers or terms and conditions.
7. In case of any disputes, the decision of Mastercard and VIVIENNE TAM shall be final and conclusive.
8. No person other than the cardholders, VIVIENNE TAM and Mastercard will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623) of the laws of Hong Kong to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of this terms and conditions.
9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Hong Kong and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
10. Mastercard and VIVIENNE TAM reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions in both Chinese and English versions at any time without prior notice. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
