General Terms & Conditions: Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from now till December 31, 2024 (both dates inclusive). Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and other Citi entities (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”). The merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the merchant for details. Specific Offer Terms & Conditions:
- Customers must express to our staff ahead that customers will be using Citibank Eligible Cards for payment. Customers should re-confirm with our staff that the offer is applied before payment. DeliFans staff may request customers to present their Citibank Eligible cards for confirmation. Once payment completed, it could not be reverted.
- Invoice Discount can be used in conjunction with other offers including DeliFans member discount and most special offers or discounts available in store.
- DeliFans will otherwise specify which products are excluded from enjoying invoice discount, such as but not limited to “Half-price” ,“Buy-1-Get-1-Free” items. They will not be counted in the accumulated spending in the same invoice and thus will not be benefited from “invoice discount”. Customers may purchase any other products in the shop to make it up to the specified amount to enjoy invoice discount.
- “Redemption” products can be counted as accumulated spending in the same invoice, but will not be benefited from invoice discount.
- Invoice Discount is applicable for purchases at DeliFans retail stores.
- In case of any disputes, DeliFans Ltd. reserves the final right of decision.
