Terms and conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer (as defined in Clause 13)applies to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and other Citi entities (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Cardiax Lab (Asia) Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full of Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period (as defined in Clause 12) to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time;, reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
3. Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

11. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. 12. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s (as defined in Clause 13) promotion period are valid from now until January 31, 2027 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
13. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy 15% off on full report on Non-invasive cardiovascular screening when settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards at Cardiax Lab (“Service’) (“Offer”)
14. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discounts.
15. This Offer is applicable to Cardiax Lab Sheung Wan center.
16. The Service is not suitable for individuals under 18 and patients implanted with a pacemaker.
17. The Service is available by appointment only.
18. All requests for appointment changes or cancellations must be submitted at least one (1) day prior to the scheduled appointment date.
19. The Merchant reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
20. The Merchant reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in case of any dispute.
