Terms and conditions

1.Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s (as defined in Clause 17) promotion period is valid from now until December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2.Unless otherwise specified, the Offer applies to Cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and other Citi entities (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Quality Healthcare Medical Services Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3.Cardholders are required to settle payment in full using the Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offers are not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time, reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4.Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
5.Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer before ordering and settle the whole payment by Eligible Cards to enjoy the Offer.
6.Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
7.Citibank and respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
8.Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9.Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10.All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
11.In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
12.Other terms and conditions apply, please inquire about the details with the Merchant.
13.In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
14.No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
15.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
16.(a)        The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong.   It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.
(b) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:
1.Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, and United Arab Emirates;
2.Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.

“Quality HealthCare Physical Check-up Centre” Terms & Conditions:

17.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy the below physical check-ups (“Offer 1”) at designated Quality HealthCare Physical Check-up Centres:

18.    Advanced booking is required, and usage of the Offer 1 must be indicated during reservation.
19.    Offer 1 is applicable to people aged 18 or above only.
20.    Cardholders must present their identification document on the appointment day for verification.
21.    Full payment must be settled by Eligible Cards.
22.    Cardholders are advised to have post check-up consultation with doctor for report analysis, interpretation, explanation, and recommendation of necessary follow-up and/or referral actions.
23.    Offer 1 cannot be used in conjunction with any other privileges, corporate privilege prices, or QHMS family card and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
24.    No amendment or refund to the services ordered is allowed once payment is confirmed. All services cannot be resold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent of the Merchant.
25.    Should any dispute arise, the decision of the Merchant shall be final.
