1. Unless otherwise specified, the offers are valid on November 11, 2025 to November 20, 2025, December 12, 2025, to December 21 and January 1, 2026, to January 10, 2026 (both dates inclusive) or when the Offer (as defined in Clause 17) quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is applicable to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards/ Debit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), Bang & Olufsen Limited (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay HK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
4. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion, as well as the eligibility of the transactions based on Citibank's records.
5. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to deduct from the Cardholder’s credit card account or bank account linked to the relevant debit card the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
6. Cardholders’ credit card accounts and or bank accounts must be valid and with good record during the promotion period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
7. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and/or other documents in respect of the transaction for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
8. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used to settle delivery fee, cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo code discounts offered by the Merchant, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
9. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. 12. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant, and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
13. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
14. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

16. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

18. The Offer is applicable to Bang & Olufsen Outlets (“Bang & Olufsen Outlets”) only.
19. The Offer is available for the selected product(s) which will be updated and subject to change from time to time. Please inquire the details with the Merchant.
20. The Offer does not apply to Special Editon, Limited Edition and Atelier Edition product series.
21. Quota of the offer is limited and only available while the quota lasts on a first-come-first-served basis with no further notice. The Offer is subject to product availability and the Merchant reserves the right to cancel and refund the order depends on product availability.
