This Promotion Offer are only applicable to a cardholder (“Cardholder”) holding a valid Mastercard card (“Eligible Mastercard”). An “Eligible Transaction” occurs when a Cardholder makes a transaction through YOHO online shop and uses his/her Eligible Mastercard to pay for all relevant fares and fees associated with that transaction.
1. Promotion Period: from 1 March to 31 December, 2024 (every Friday and Saturday)(time refers to Hong Kong time).
2. Cardholder must settle the payment of an eligible transaction (any single transaction of HKD1,500 or above) with an eligible Mastercard issued in Hong Kong and promo code “MC2024” at YOHO online shop to enjoy the instant discount of HKD80 during the promotion period.
3. The Offer is only applicable to YOHO online shop. Eligible customers must shop via www.yohohongkong.com.
4. Offer is available in a total quota cap of 9,400. The Offer is provided on a limited quota per week which is available on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to YOHO‘s record.
5. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts of YOHO, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts, and cannot be transferred.
6. YOHO and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to alter/terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations of related offers or terms and conditions.
7. In case of any dispute, the decision of YOHO and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final and binding.
8. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Eligible Mastercard accounts are determined at the sole discretion of the Bank to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant Promotion Period.
9. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offer by any person (as determined by YOHO and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the Offer. YOHO and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited reserve the right to deduct the value of any Offer redeemed inappropriately to a Cardholder directly from any of the Cardholder’s Eligible Mastercard without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
10. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.
