Terms and conditions

General Terms and Conditions:
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) and other Citi entities ("Eligible Cards"). Hopewell Hotel (Wanchai) Management Limited including its Hopewell Inn, Lobby Café | Bar and Patisserie (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.
3. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be based on original price and borne by Cardholders.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
5. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
6. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
7. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

11. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals. 12. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from January 12, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
13. During the Promotion Period, cardholder of Eligible Cards can enjoy the following offers at the Hopewell Inn, Lobby Café | Bar and Patisserie at Hopewell Hotel during the Promotion Period, upon settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards (Collectively as “Offer”). 1) Hopewell Inn: 15% off lunch and dinner dine-in à la carte food menu 2) Lobby Café | Bar:15% off dine-in food 3) Patisserie: 15% off takeaway cakes and pastries
14. The Offer is not applicable on February 13-14 and 16-19, May 9-10, June 20-21, September 25-26, December 22, 24-26 and 31, 2026.
15. For the Offer at Hopewell Inn: 1) The Offer cannot be used on all set menus, festive menus, promotional menus and tailor-made menus. 2) Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability. 3) The Offer is applicable to bookings of a maximum of 12 guests per table and can only be used once per meal period per transaction. Splitting bill is not allowed. 4) The Offer cannot be used for any deposits, private events, banquet consumption, special events and tea and condiment charges.
16. For the Offer at Lobby Café | Bar: 1) Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability. 2) The Offer is applicable to bookings of a maximum of 12 guests per table and can only be used once per meal period per transaction. Splitting bill is not allowed. 3) The Offer cannot be used for any deposits, private events, banquet consumption and special events charges.
17. For the Offer at Patisserie: 1) The Offer is applicable to takeaway food orders only. All dine-in orders will be charged at original prices and subject to 10% service charge.
