5. Advance reservation is required and confirmation is subject to availability.
6. Dining discount is not applicable to service charge, tea and condiment charge, ticket sales events and retail products.
7. Dining offers are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. Offers are not applicable to other discounted items, tea & condiment charges, special / promotional offers, cigarettes / cigars / tobacco, private functions, banquet events, meeting room sales, catering and boardrooms, corkage, take away and cake charges. 8. In case of any dispute, the decision of Merchant shall be final and binding.
9. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.
