Terms and conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) ("Eligible Cards")("Cardholders"). The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details. 
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards to enjoy the offer(s). 
3. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons. 
4. Unless otherwise specified, 10% service charge and tea & condiments (if applicable) are not included in the Offer and will be charged based on original price and borne by Cardholders. 
5. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers. 
6. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only. 
7. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. 
8. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination. 
9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants. 
10. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

12. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation. (b)Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:

ii. Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom. 
13. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice. 
14. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions. 
15. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Special Terms and Conditions: 
16. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from May 29 until December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period"). 
17. During the Promotion Period, cardholder of Eligible Cards can enjoy below dining offers, upon settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards(“Offer 1”). 
i. Lighthouse Café: - 20% off Semi Buffet Lunch / Full Buffet Lunch (Monday to Friday) - 20% off Dinner Buffet (Monday to Thursday) - 15% off Lunch Buffet (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) - 15% off Dinner Buffet (Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays) 
ii. Lighthouse Lounge : - 20% off Afternoon Tea for two or à la carte menu (Monday to Thursday) - 10% off Afternoon Tea for two or à la carte menu (Friday to Sunday and Public Holidays) 
iii. JADE: - 20% off the à la carte menu (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) - Complimentary corkage fee (up to 3 bottles) for private room bookings (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) - 10% off the à la carte menu (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). 
18. During the Promotion Period, cardholder of Eligible Cards can book the Best Available Rate on hotel website to enjoy late check-out until 2pm and a complimentary upgrade to the next available room category, upon applying the promo code “CITI2026” and settling the payment in full with Eligible Cards, subject to availability and prior confirmation (“Offer 2”). 
19. Offer 1 is applicable for dine-in only at the specified restaurant within The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong. 
20. Offer 1 is subject to restaurant availability at the time of reservation. Advance reservation is requested. For enquiries, please contact Hotel Dining Reservations at +852 2166 7408 or fop.dining@fullertonhotels.com. 
21. Blackout dates apply to Offer 1, inclusive of June 19 & 21, 2026, July 1, 2026, September 25 – 26, 2026, October 1 & 18 – 19, 2026, and December 22 & 24 – 26 & December 31, 2026. 
22. Offer 1 is intended for leisure purposes only and cannot be used for private events, banquets, or commercial purposes. 
23. Offer 1 is not applicable to corkage fees, cake-cutting fees, seasonal menus, festive menus, takeaway, room service, whole cakes, petit cakes, pastries, or retail items (including but not limited to mooncakes, Chinese New Year puddings, rice dumplings, Ong Lai pineapple tarts, Kueh Lapis, etc.). 
24. Offer 1 is applicable for a maximum of 12 diners per dining session, including the Cardholder. 
25. Specific to JADE: Private room bookings are subject to a minimum charge. A deposit may be required; please enquire with restaurant staff for details. 
26. Reservation must be made at least 2 days in advance for Offer 2. 
27. Offer 2 is not applicable to themed rooms and suites. 
28. Cancellation or amendment is allowed at least 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the rate for the whole stay will be incurred for Offer 2. 
29. Advance reservation is required for the buffet breakfast for Offer 2. 
30. Blackout dates apply to Offer 2, inclusive of October 1 – 5, 2026, and December 24 – 27 & 31, 2026. 
31. Cardholders must present the Eligible Card upon check-in and settle the payment with the same card upon check-out for redemption for Offer 2.
