Klook

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is only applicable to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card and Citibank Debit Mastercard (“Cardholders”) issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") (“Eligible Cards”). Klook Travel Technology Limited (“Klook”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot manage some of the Eligible Card types, please contact Klook for details.

2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is valid from August 19, 2024 to November 3, 2024 (both dates inclusive) or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). Limited quantities of quota are available for each week for the Offer (as defined in Clause 3). The quota will be released every Monday at 00:00 (Hong Kong Time) , that are August 19, August 26, September 2, September 9, September 16, September 23, September 30, October 7, October 14, October 21 and October 28, 2024 respectively and will expire at 11:59 pm on Sunday of that week respectively (Hong Kong Time), or when the quota have been used, whichever is earlier. Hotel stay period is subject to respective hotel room’s availability. Status of the quota refers to Klook’s website (https://bit.ly/KLKxCITI-en).

3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to login as a member of Klook to book Worldwide Selected Hotel Room-only product(s) with a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 5) upon HK$1,000 or above via Klook's website or Klook’s mobile app ("Klook Platform") and successfully enter the designated promo code (“Promo Code”) at the checkout page to proceed payment with Eligible Card to enjoy 15% off (maximum cap with HK$200 per transaction) (“Offer”).

4. During the Promotion Period, each Klook account can enjoy the Promo Code ONCE per week with Eligible Card(s) but subject to respective quota availability on a first-come-first-served basis while the respective quota lasts.

5. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

6. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and Alipay HK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.

7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

9. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and Klook’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

10. Citibank, Mastercard and Klook are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the Promo Code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.

11. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by Klook. Klook is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

12. Citibank, Mastercard and Klook reserve the rights to take legal action in case of any illegal deeds or abuse.

13. Citibank, Mastercard and Klook reserve the right to amend or cancel the Offer and the terms and conditions without prior notice.

14. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and Klook.

15. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

16.
