Terms and conditions

Citi Cardholders Exclusive Marriott Vacation Club Promotion 2026 (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards and Debit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Card(s)”) (“Cardholders”). Marriott Vacation Cub (“MVCI”) (“Merchant”) and its affiliates may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the Merchant for details.
2. This Promotion is valid from July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date.
3. The Cardholders must be married or in a long-term partnership, with a combined annual income exceeding US$100,000, and both parties aged between 28 and 65 to be applicable for this Promotion (“Eligible Cardholders”). During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardholders can enjoy special any one of the following accommodation packages (“Package”): - US$299 for 4 days 3 nights in a 2-bedroom apartment at Marriott’s Mai Khao Resort – Phuket, inclusive of Daily Breakfast for 2 and Complimentary Thai culinary experience at Cooking School by JW during stay (“Phuket Package”) - US$299*for 4 days 3 nights in a Guest Room at Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens, inclusive of IDR3,000,000 Food and Beverage credits (“Bali Package”) *The Bali Package is priced at IDR4,900,000. The US$299 is an estimated equivalent, subject to exchange rate fluctuations. - US$399 for 4 days 3 nights in a Park Wing Twin Room at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, inclusive of Complimentary Daily Breakfast for 2 persons during stay and JPY15,000 shopping gift cards (“Tokyo Package”) Cardholders who book the above Package and complete the stay on or before December 31, 2026 can earn an additional 10,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points.
4. Attendance at a 90-120-minute Marriott Vacation Club vacation ownership program sales presentation is required during the use of the accommodation and during the hours made available by Marriott Vacation Club. The sales presentation will be scheduled at a sales gallery or sales preview centre for a time during the Package visit and may be conducted by an affiliate of MVCI, except that such sales presentation will not occur on the day of arrival or the day of departure, and is subject to availability. It is a condition that couples travel and attend the sales presentation together. If the Cardholders or their spouse/partner or both choose not to attend the sales presentation, the full retail cost of the Package, which is specified in the email received, will be charged.
5. Each household is limited to purchasing this Package once. Group bookings are not accepted.
6. The package fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once the reservation is confirmed and paid.
7. Once the travel date is confirmed, Cardholders may only reschedule their travel dates once. A flat US$35 (for Phuket Package), IDR500,000 (for Bali Package), or US$59 (for Tokyo Package) reschedule fee applies. Cancellation, no shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 30 days prior to arrival) will result in a cancellation charge of the full retail price of one night’s accommodation which is up to US$500.
8. The price of the Phuket Package is US$299, Bali Package is IDR 4,900,000 (which US$299 is an estimated equivalent and is subject to exchange rate fluctuations) and Tokyo Package is US$399. The full retail cost of each Package is up to US$1,500 and is based on current price at the time of print which is subject to change without notice. All applicable fees will be charged in US dollars for Phuket Package and Tokyo Package, and Indonesia Rupiah for Bali Package. A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays. 9. The payment for Phuket Package, Bali Package or Tokyo Package must be settled in full using Eligible Cards.
10. Those who are existing Marriott Vacation Club members or have participated in a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation within the past
12 months or have an upcoming vacation preview package or other package offered by MVCI or its affiliates are not eligible to purchase these Packages.
11. Cardholders are required to present a valid Eligible Card and an email confirmation upon check-in at the property.
12. MVCI reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of this Promotion, terms and conditions at any time.
13. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of this Promotion. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. General Terms & Conditions (If applicable): 
1. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time. 
2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. 
3. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers. 
4. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only. 
5. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. 
6. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the Merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination. 
7. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant. 
8. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail. 
9. Other Terms and Conditions apply, please inquire the details with the Merchant. 
10. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This referenced document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation. 
11. (b) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to: 
12. (i) Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh; 
13. (ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom. 
14. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice. 
15. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions. 
16. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
