1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer’s (as defined in Clause 15) promotion period is valid from September 1, 2024 to November 15, 2024, both dates inclusive or when the Offer quota hereof has been used up, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer applies to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Card and Citibank Debit Mastercard issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Genki Sushi Hong Kong Limited trading as sen-ryo (“Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card types, please contact the Merchant for details.
3. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period to enjoy the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay™, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time. Offer is not applicable to the online takeaway orders settled with any of the Eligible Cards by way of Union Pay, Apply Pay or Google Pay™.
4. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the Offer before ordering and settle payment in full with an Eligible Card to enjoy the Offer.
5. Cardholders must be one of the patrons to enjoy the Offer.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
7. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer is not applicable to banqueting, wedding banquets, VIP rooms, discounted set meal, special promotional item, tickets/coupons/vouchers, valet parking privileges, delivery service or dates designated by the Merchant.
8. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
9. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
10. Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and the Merchant.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. The referenced document is not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell any of the promotions, products and services mentioned therein to such individuals.




Terms and Conditions for “HK$100 Instant Discount at sen-ryo for Citi Mastercard”:

15. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders can enjoy a HK$100 instant discount upon making a Single Net Transaction Amount (as defined in Clause 16) of HK$500 or above with any of the Eligible Cards (“Eligible Transaction”) at the Merchant’s stores in Hong Kong as set ot in Clause 18 below (“Offer”). The Offer is given to Cardholders on a first-come-first-serve basis while the quota lasts.
16. A "Single Net Transaction Amount" of an Eligible Transaction refers to the final amount of the original price billed before 10% service charge (if applicable) is added, and before any sen-ryo Points are used and after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Charges for takeaway food containers, shopping bag or takeaway cutleries (if applicable) shall not be applicable to the calculation of any of the above Single Net Transaction Amount.
17. The offer is only applicable for dine-in, walk-in takeaway and online takeaway orders (including orders made on https://order.sen-ryo.com.hk/) and sen-ryo mobile application, excluding orders made on any of the third-party delivery platform.
18. Cardholders can enjoy the Offer once per Eligible Transaction.
19. No splitting or combination of bill(s) will be allowed for any of the order for the purpose of the Offer.
20. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, other cash coupons, Maxim’s coupons, sen-ryo coupons and gift voucher. sen-ryo ELITE & PRESTIGE Members may enjoy the Offer and use sen-ryo Points in the same transaction and be awarded with sen-ryo Points based on the Single Net Transaction Amount of such transaction.
21. Limited quantities of quota are available for the Offer. Please inquire the quota status with the Merchant’s outlets.
22. The Offer is not available to Cardholders in any unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions.
