1. The promotion period is from September 10, 2024 to November 10 , 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion as well as the transactions based on Citibank's records.
3. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the rebates were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder's Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the rebates without prior notice.
4. Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfillment period in order to be eligible to receive the rebates, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the rebates without prior notice.
5. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the Single Net Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
6. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is not applicable to transactions made via any eWallet or 3rd party payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, PayPal or PayMe, etc.).
7. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
8. The promotions, products and services mentioned in the referenced document are not offered to individuals residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey and Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, the UK, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador or Sri Lanka. 10. Customer is deemed to accept the risks and liabilities related to the quality and form of goods or services provided by foodpanda's suppliers when conducting the relevant transaction, and Citibank shall not be responsible for any claims related to such risks and liabilities.
11. Citibank and Delivery Hero Food Hong Kong Limited ("foodpanda") reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and foodpanda.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“10% foodpanda Cashback ” Terms and Conditions:
14. The offer is only applicable to foodpanda website (www.foodpanda.com.hk) and foodpanda App (collectively “foodpanda Platforms”).
15. A "Single Net Transaction" applies to the final payable amount (after discount, including delivery fees, platform fee and other fees). Other transactions, including but not limited to pandapro subscriptions and purchase of cash vouchers, or undelivered/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are not eligible.
16. The promotion applies to principal and supplementary cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also Foodpanda members ("Eligible Cardholders"). foodpanda may reject a Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact foodpanda for details.
17. Cardholders can receive 10% foodpanda Cashback into the Cashback balance account (“ pandapay Account”) upon making a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 15) of HK$200 or above at foodpanda Platforms with Eligible Card during the 10th, 20th and 30th of each calendar month within the Promotion Period (as listed below), and successfully entering the designated promotion code “CITIFP10" (“Promo code”) at the checkout page during the Promotion Period. The maximum rebate amount is HK$30 for each transaction.

18. The promotion shall be subject to a quota of 3,000 Promo Codes on each of the above Applicable Dates on a first-come-first served basis while quota lasts. The “Quota full” message will be shown on foodpanda Platforms during checkout if the quota is full based on foodpanda’s system record.

20. The corresponding Cashback will be credited automatically to the pandapay Account within 48 hours after making an Eligible Order that was paid and completed, unless otherwise stated.
21. The corresponding Cashback must be used within 30 days upon being credited into the pandapay Account. Please enquire with the Merchant for details.

22. Orders on the foodpanda Platforms that are cancelled/undelivered/refunded/falsified/unauthorised are not eligible for Cashback. In the event of a cancellation, full or partial refund of your Order, foodpanda reserves the right to clawback the Cashback credited, or to charge the amount of the Cashback credited.
