The Club

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards/Debit Cards (issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also members of The Club (“Cardholder”). Club HKT Limited ("the Merchant") may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle the Eligible Cards type. Please contact the Merchant for details.

2. Citibank and the Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this Offer as well as the transactions based on Citibank's and the Merchant’s records.

3. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offer was awarded or applied, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s Eligible Cards accounts the equivalent amount under the Offer without prior notice.

4. Eligible Cards accounts of Cardholders must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfilment period in order to be eligible to receive or enjoy the Offer, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the Offer without prior notice.

5. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card/debit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the relevant transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.

6. Unless otherwise specified, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, promo codes, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

7. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the products/ services/ auxiliary services supplied by the Merchant and shall waive any claim against Citibank in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.

8. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Merchant and Merchant shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by the Citibank. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to products or services provided by the Merchant and Citibank is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to products or services provided by Citibank. Please contact the Merchant for details in relation to the Merchant’s products or services and contact Citibank in relation to Citibank’s products or services.

9. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

10. The Offer is subject to terms & conditions by Citibank and the Merchant (available at www.theclub.com.hk/en/terms-and-conditions.html). Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions or suspend/terminate the Offer without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.

“Citi Double Day Offer” Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion period of this Offer is from February 2 to February 11, 2026 (both dates inclusive) or in accordance with Clause 16 when the quota has been used up, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").

2. The Offer is only applicable to the Merchant’s The Club’s Shopping & Rewards Platform (shop.theclub.com.hk) and The Club Mobile Application (collectively, “The Club Online Platform”).

3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are entitled to enjoy a discounted price for items as designated by the Merchant (“Designated Products”) on The Club Online Platform during the Promotion Period provided that (i) the payment of the purchase of the Designated Products shall be made in full using an Eligible Card at the checkout page and (ii) the designated promo code as stated on the relevant promotion page (https://www.theclub.com.hk/shopping/zh/lc/promotions/citi-double-day-2026.html) on The Club Online Platform (“Promo Code”) is entered at the checkout page (“Offer”).

4. Only one promo code can be applied per each transaction in respect of the Designated Products. During the entire Promotion Period, each Cardholder can use each designated Promo Code ONCE only and the usage of each Promo Code is subject to the quota as stated on the relevant promotion page (https://www.theclub.com.hk/shopping/zh/lc/promotions/citi-double-day-2026.html) on The Club Online Platform during the Promotion Period (while the applicable quota lasts)). In the event that any such quota has been used up, relevant notice may or may not be displayed on The Club Online Platform and the Offer in respect of the relevant Designated Product shall be ended immediately without prior notice.

5. No Clubpoints will be awarded to The Club Member for the amount of discount applied to the Designated Products under this Offer.

6. No registration is required for the Offer.
