S+ REWARDS by Sino Group

1. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer (as defined in Clause 28) promotion period is valid from now until June 30, 2026 , both dates inclusive or when the offer quota hereof is reached, whichever is earlier (""Promotion Period"").
2. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is applicable to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”), who are also members of S⁺ REWARDS Loyalty Program (“S⁺ REWARDS”) managed by Sino Real Estate Agency Limited (“Sino”) (""Cardholders""). Sino and the Designated Outlets of the Participating Malls may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.
3. Cardholders must successfully download the latest version of “S⁺ REWARDS” mobile application (“the App”) and sign up as Registered Members with mobile number via the App in order to enjoy the offers under the promotion. Each valid mobile number can only be registered once only.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is applicable to the following transactions made by the Eligible Cards during the Promotion Period at the shopping and dining outlets which are participating in S⁺ REWARDS, listed on the S⁺ REWARDS website and the App (""Designated Outlets"") of participating malls of Merchant (""Participating Malls""), including tmtplaza, Olympian City, Citywalk, China Hong Kong City, Gold Coast Piazza, Tsim Sha Tsui Centre & Empire Centre, Island Resort Mall, One North and Sino Plaza (""Eligible Transactions""):
a. Posted retail transactions or contactless payment retail transactions with original Eligible Card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts; and
b. Newly billed Merchant Installment Plan that are posted during the Promotion Period with original Eligible Card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts; and
c. Citibank and Sino reserves the right to determine and change which purchases/payments/transactions qualify as Eligible Transactions at its absolute discretion from time to time; and
d. Sino reserves the right to determine and change which purchases/payments/transactions qualify as Eligible Transactions according to the S+ REWARDS program terms and conditions at its absolute discretion; and
e. Only applicable to the final amount of Eligible Transactions charged to the Physical Eligible Card after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers (if applicable) (""Net Spending Amount"").
5. The promotion is NOT applicable to the following transactions:
a. spending on or through telecommunications services, or banking or currency exchange services;
b. spending on car parks;
c. store credits, purchase of or adding value to gift cards or stored value facilities;
d. other transactions including but not limited to utilities bill payments, purchase of or adding value to stored-value cards (including the unauthorised or fraudulent transactions, transactions recorded by hand written payment slips and any transactions without electronic payment slips and/or merchant sales receipts);
e. online purchases (except for movie tickets), mail, fax or phone orders;
f. any transactions and payments made by cash, gift cards, gift vouchers or cash vouchers; or
g. any transactions made via any stored-value facilities (including but not limited to payments made using eWallet services operating on a stored-value basis, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay, Wechat Pay, Tap & Go and PayMe or similar services when used on a stored-value basis);
h. any other purchases/payments/transactions that Citibank may at its absolute discretion exclude from time to time. and
i. any other purchases/payments/transactions that Sino, at its absolute discretion, excludes according to the S+ REWARDS program terms and conditions.
6. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original Eligible Card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts of Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All relevant documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
7. Cardholders’ Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit records during the Promotion Period and at the time when the offers are awarded or used; otherwise, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
8. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal/cancellation of the transactions used for the award of the offers, Citibank reserves the right to debit from Cardholder’s Eligible Card account the equivalent value of the reward(s) without prior notice.
9. The offers are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-refundable.
10. The offers are subject to the availability of S Coupon and at absolute discretion of Citibank and Sino.
11. Citibank and Sino shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective Designated Outlets are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities related to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
12. Citibank, Sino and the respective Designated Outlets reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final and conclusive decision of Citibank, Sino and the respective Designated Outlets, which is legally binding on the Cardholder.
13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
14. Registration of S+ REWARDS Points are subject to terms and conditions, which can be found in the S+ REWARDS Programme Terms and Conditions.
15. Cardholders are required to make the full payment with the Eligible Card during the Promotion Period to enjoy the offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is not applicable to the following types of transactions: all transactions involving cancelled, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time;, reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; any other types of transactions as determined by Citibank from time to time.
16. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer to the respective Designated Outlets prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer from the respective merchant.
17. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code under the “Exclusive” section of the S⁺ REWARDS App to redeem the Offer prior to payment (if applicable) and to settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the Offer at the respective Designated Outlets. Citibank and Sino are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the promo code being expired, invalid or cancelled, the redemption quota having been fully utilised, unsuccessful redemption, technical issues, or any other possible causes.
18. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
19. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant's absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
20. Citibank and Sino reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without reason and without compensation and whatsoever nature without prior notice. Citibank and Sino accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
21. All matters and disputes are subject to the final and conclusive decision of Citibank, Sino and the respective Designated Outlets, which is legally binding on the Cardholders.
22. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
23. The Offers are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the S+ REWARDS Loyalty Programme and/or the applicable Terms and Conditions set out in the relevant S Coupon details within the App which may be updated by Sino from time to time without prior notice. In case of any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
24. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.
(b) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:
i. Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, and United Arab Emirates;
ii. Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.
25. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
26. Unless otherwise expressly stated, no person other than Citibank, Sino and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
27. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

“Citi Credit Card Offer: HK$50 off HK$500 S Coupon ” Terms & Conditions:
28. During the Promotion Period, cardholders of Eligible Cards can enjoy below offer upon successfully saving the HK$50 off HK$500 S Coupon (“S Coupon”) in the Citi Mobile® App, activating the promo code by clicking “Use voucher”, redeeming the S Coupon by entering the designated promo code under the “Exclusive” section of the S+ REWARDS App, and settling the payment in full with the S Coupon and Eligible Card at the Designated Outlets of the Participating Malls. The offer is subject to quota availability, on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock last (the “Offer”).
29. Quota of the S Coupon is limited and only available while the quota lasts on a first-come-first-served basis with no further notice. Upon the quota is reached, Cardholders will not be able to get S Coupon on Citi Mobile® App and cannot be used at the Designated Outlets of the Participating Malls.
30. The actual offer quota is subject to the usage records on Sino, S+ REWARDS App and the Designated Outlets of the Participating Malls.
31. The S Coupon is subject to specific terms and conditions, please inquire about the details with Sino.
32. Offer detail: HK$50 off HK$500 S Coupon at designated Merchants in the Participating Malls.
33. The HK$50 off HK$500 S Coupon must be redeemed via the S⁺ REWARDS App by entering the designated promo code under the “Exclusive” section of the S+ REWARDS App on or before 30 June 2026 . Any unredeemed HK$50 off HK$500 S Coupon after the redemption deadline shall be forfeited without compensation. The redemption deadline refers to the last day on which Cardholders may redeem the S Coupon via the App. Each redeemed HK$50 off HK$500 S Coupon shall be valid for two (2) months from the date of issuance, as shown in the App.
34. Cardholders are responsible for checking the S Coupon details upon redemption. Once the S Coupon redemption process is completed, the redeemed S Coupon shall not be returned, cancelled, exchanged, or changed.
35. Redeemed S Coupons will be displayed immediately as “Available” under “S Coupons” in “My Rewards” on the App. Only S Coupons with the status “Available” may be used. S Coupons may be used as cash for transactions at Merchants accepting S Coupons.
36. Any remaining balance of the transaction after applying the S Coupon shall be settled using a Physical Eligible Card.
37. The use and redemption of S Coupons are subject to additional terms and conditions. Please refer to the S⁺ REWARDS website and the App for full details and the list of participating Merchants in the Participating Malls.
38. S Coupons are subject to the applicable terms and conditions set out in the relevant S Coupon details within the App and/or the S⁺ REWARDS Programme Terms and Conditions . S Coupons are valid only for use with designated Merchants in the Participating Malls when payment is made with a Physical Eligible Card. The list of Merchants accepting S Coupons is available on the S⁺ REWARDS website and mobile App and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
39. Any S Coupons lost as a result of deletion of an App account, change of registered mobile phone number, or any other reason shall not be reissued or compensated.
40. This S Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other S Coupon in the same transaction.
41. No points refund, S Coupon exchange, or other arrangement shall be made after successful redemption of the S Coupon.
