Terms and conditions

“Grab HopeGoo Travel Coupons Pack” (“The Promotion”) Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period is from now till December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. The Promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Commercial Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). HOPEGOO (Hongkong) Limited (“HopeGoo”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact HopeGoo for details.
3. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to login as a member of HopeGoo on HopeGoo Mobile Application, Mobile Site or Website (www.hopegoo.com) (“HopeGoo Platforms”), then enter the Promo Code “CITI2026” to claim a coupons pack (“Coupons Pack”). Upon claiming the Coupons Pack, Cardholders can make bookings with Eligible Cards via HopeGoo Platforms fulfilling the following requirements (“Eligible Transaction(s)”) to enjoy below offers (“Offer(s)”): a. New HopeGoo Customer HK$80 off Flight Coupon (“Coupon 1”): Make international flight bookings with Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 5) of HK$299 or above (including taxes and surcharges) to enjoy HK$80 instant discount. This Offer is only applicable to new air-ticketing users (at the time of claiming promo code) on HopeGoo Platforms, and is applicable to pre-paid air tickets only. Domestic flights are not eligible for this Offer. b. New HopeGoo Customer HK$30 off Flight Coupon (“Coupon 2”): Make international flight bookings with Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 5) of HK$210 or above (including taxes and surcharges) to enjoy HK$30 instant discount. This Offer is only applicable to new air-ticketing users (at the time of claiming promo code) on HopeGoo Platforms, and is applicable to pre-paid air tickets only. Domestic flights are not eligible for this Offer. c. 7% off Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan Hotel Coupon (“Coupon 3”): Make hotel bookings in Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan to enjoy 7% instant discount (applicable to taxes and surcharges) with a maximum discount of HK$100. d. 7% off Overseas Hotel Coupon (“Coupon 4”): Make hotel bookings in regions excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan to enjoy 7% instant discount (applicable to taxes and surcharges) with a maximum discount of HK$100. e. New HopeGoo Customer HK$30 off Train Ticket Coupon (“Coupon 5”): Make train ticket bookings for Mainland China and Hong Kong with Single Net Transaction of HK$50 or above to enjoy HK$30 instant discount. This Offer is only applicable to new train ticket users (at the time of claiming promo code) on HopeGoo Platforms, and is only applicable to pre-paid high-speed rail tickets. f. Existing HopeGoo Customer HK$10 off Train Ticket Coupon (“Coupon 6”): Make train ticket bookings for Mainland China and Hong Kong with Single Net Transaction of HK$50 or above to enjoy HK$10 instant discount. This Offer is not applicable to new train ticket users (at the time of claiming promo code) on HopeGoo Platforms, and is only applicable to pre-paid high-speed rail tickets. g. HK$10 off Train Ticket Coupon (“Coupon 7”): Make train ticket bookings for Mainland China and Hong Kong with Single Net Transaction of HK$30 or above to enjoy HK$10 instant discount. This Offer is only applicable to pre-paid high-speed rail tickets.
4. Coupon 1 and Coupon 2 are valid for 15 days after claiming, while other coupons are valid for 7 days after claiming.
5. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.
6. Bookings must be paid using the currency of the promo code to enjoy the Offers.
7. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
8. Each HopeGoo user can only claim and use each Offer once across all HopeGoo Platforms.
9. The Offers cannot be redeemed for cash or G-Coins.
10. If an order using the Offer is invalidated or canceled, the promo code will automatically be returned to the user's account.
11. Due to the requirements of certain suppliers, some products may not be eligible for the Offers.
12. The prices and inventory of flight tickets displayed may fluctuate in real time. Please refer to the final booking prices and ticket inventory on the HopeGoo Platforms. General Terms & Conditions (If applicable):
13 Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is not applicable to the following types of transactions: any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund; any autopay, unposted transactions or any other payment transactions as specified by Citibank from time to time; all payment via eWallet or third party payment applications/ platforms (include but not limited to Payme, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay and AlipayHK), reloads of eWallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; or any other type of transaction as determined by Citibank from time to time.
14. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.
15. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
16. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
17. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
18. Citibank and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Citibank and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.
19. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the respective merchants.
20. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

23. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.
24. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.
25. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
