“Citi Points Conversion Reward – Earn 20% Bonus Shangri-La Circle Points” Terms and Conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion is valid from now until January 31, 2025, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").

2. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion only applies to Principal Cardholders of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi ULTIMA issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank") (“Eligible Cards”) who are also members of Shangri-La International Hotel Management Ltd. (“Shangri-La”)’s loyalty program Shangri-La Circle (“Shangri-La Circle”) ("Cardholders").

3. Cardholders must register as a Shangri-La Circle member on Shangri-La Circle website at www.shangri-la.com/shangrilacircle/ or designated mobile application(s) (collectively, “Shangri-La Circle Online Platform”). The name registered for the Shangri-La Circle membership must be the same as the one on Eligible Cards.

4. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who make a successful Citi Points Conversion to Shangri-La Circle Points with an Eligible Card on Shangri-La Circle Online Platform are entitled to 20% bonus Shangri-La Circle Points, amounting to a maximum of 1,200 bonus Shangri-La Circle Points per day (“Offer”), subject to the “Citi Points Conversion to Shangri-La Circle Points Terms and Conditions”.

5. Cardholders are required to maintain sufficient available Citi Points of equivalent amount of at least 200 Shangri-La Circle Points in their Eligible Card accounts in order to complete the Redemption to enjoy the Offer.

6. Citibank, Shangri-La and Shangri-La Circle will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to enjoy the Offer based on Citibank, Shangri-La and Shangri-La Circle’s records.

7. If Cardholders are confirmed to be qualified for the Offer after verification by Citibank , Shangri-La and Shangri-La Circle based on their records at their sole and absolute discretion, the corresponding bonus Shangri-La Circle Points of the Offer will be credited to the Cardholders’ Shangri-La Circle accounts immediately after each successful Eligible Conversion by Shangri-La. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the fulfillment arrangement of the Offer. For any disputes, please contact Shangri-La and Shangri-La Circle.

8. Words and expressions used herein unless otherwise specifically defined shall have the same meaning as in the “Citi Points Conversion to Shangri-La Circle Points” Terms and Conditions.

9. This Promotion and all Redemptions are subject to “Citi Points Conversion to Shangri-La Circle Points” Terms and Conditions.

10. Citibank, Shangri-La and Shangri-La Circle have the right to suspend, terminate or cancel this Offer at any time without any prior notice.

11. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank, Shangri-La and/or Shangri-La Circle reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s Shangri-La Circle account and/or credit card account respectively the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.

12. Cardholders’ Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and to be eligible to receive the Offer, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the Offer without prior notice.

13. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons. The Offer cannot be transferred, returned, refunded or exchanged for cash or other offers.

14. Availability of the Offer is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Shangri-La and Shangri-La Circle’s absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

15. Shangri-La Circle Points will be valid upon crediting by Shangri-La Circle subject to its terms and conditions. Cardholders may go to their Shangri-La Circle accounts on Shangri-La Circle Online Platform for details.

16. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services provided by Shangri-La and/or Shangri-La Circle.

17. Unless otherwise specified, Shangri-La Circle Terms and Conditions shall also apply. Shangri-La Circle’s terms and conditions (available at: https://www.shangri-la.com/en/corporate/shangrilacircle/terms-conditions/) shall apply to this Promotion and be incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

18. Citibank, Shangri-La and Shangri-La Circle reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

19. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Shangri-La and Shangri-La Circle.

20. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

“Citi Points Conversion to Shangri-La Circle Points” Terms and Conditions

1. Citi Points Conversion to Shangri-La Circle Points Service (“Service”) applies to Principal Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Classic Card, Citi Gold Card, Citi HKTVmall Card, Citi Rewards Card (except Citi Rewards UnionPay Card), Citi PremierMiles Card, Citi Plus® Credit Card, Citi Prestige Card and Citi Ultima Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Citibank") ("Eligible Cards").

2. This Service is applicable to Cardholders’ Citi Points Conversion to Shangri-La Circle Points (“Redemption”) via Shangri-La Circle website at www.shangri-la.com/shangrilacircle/ or designated mobile application(s) of Shangri-La’s loyalty program Shangri-La Circle (“Shangri-La Circle”) (collectively, “Shangri-La Circle Online Platform”).

3. To enjoy this Service, Cardholders must verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their Eligible Cards and their mobile numbers registered with Shangri-La Circle (which must be the same as the registered mobile numbers with Citibank) to receive a One-Time Password, and the identity verification will be confirmed upon the One-Time Password being correctly entered. Cardholders can select the Citi Points amount to convert to Shangri-La Circle Points and complete the Redemption under the Service.

4. Citibank is not responsible for any failure to submit and/or process any Redemption arising from Cardholders’ exit, voluntarily or involuntarily, during any of the steps illustrated under Clause 3, including but not limited to network disconnection, technical device malfunction or any delay, interruption or disruption of Shangri-La Circle Online Platform or system.

5. Information relating to Shangri-La Circle Points (including without limitation the accuracy and the amount of Shangri-La Circle Points credited to Cardholder’s Shangri-La Circle account) are provided and managed by Shangri-La and Shangri-La Circle. Citibank, Shangri-La and Shangri-La Circle shall not be responsible for any failure to receive the One-Time Password by the Cardholder, any inaccuracy in the information regarding the Cardholder’s Citi Points displayed on the Shangri-La Circle Online Platform and any inaccuracy/error in the deduction of the Cardholder’s Citi Points.

6. Each Cardholder can only perform Redemption once per day. The minimum and maximum Shangri-La Circle Points that can be converted under each Redemption are 200 Shangri-La Circle Points and 6,000 Shangri-La Circle Points respectively (subject to the Cardholder’s available Citi Points in the Eligible Card account). The Redemption must be in 50 Shangri-La Circle Points or its intervals.

7. The amount of Citi Points redeemed will be deducted from the Cardholder’s Eligible Card account.

8. The redemption rate may vary by credit card types and may change from time to time. The exact Citi points required for Redemption are based on the redemption rate displayed at the Shangri-La Circle Online Platform at the time of redemption.

9. Cardholders must promptly update Citibank of any change to their mobile number. Such updated mobile number must be the same as the registered mobile number with Shangri-La Circle in order to enjoy the Service. Citibank shall not be liable to any Cardholders or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Service.

10. Once the Redemption is confirmed, it is irreversible and it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or traded for cash or other promotion.

11. In case of any disputes, the decision of Citibank and Shangri-La Circle shall be final.

12. Shangri-La Circle’s terms and conditions (available at www.shangri-la.com/en/corporate/shangrilacircle/terms-conditions/) shall apply to this Service and be incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
