1. The promotion period for this offer is from 1 September 2023 to 31 July 2024.
2. Cardholders are required to settle payment with valid Visa Principal / Supplementary card issued in Hong Kong and Macau using VisaNET to enjoy the offer.
3. To claim and use the coupon, cardholders must possess a valid Rakuten membership with booking made via Rakuten Travel Hong Kong website (travel.rakuten.com/hkg) or the Rakuten Travel Hong Kong mobile app.
4. Visa coupons are only applicable to eligible cardholders with a net purchase of HK$1,000 or above to be eligible for the HK$150 off discount.
5. Visa coupons are only applicable to prepaid room types and plans, and thus, are not applicable to room types and plans paid at the property.
6. Visa coupons have limited inventory, thus are issued on a first-come, first-served basis during promotion period.
7. Visa coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. Visa coupons can only be used a maximum of five (5) times by the same cardholder throughout the promotion period.
8. Merchant reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of Merchant shall be final and binding.
10. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.
