1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion applies to cardholders of Citi Mastercard Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”) (“Cardholders”). Helix Distribution Limited (“The Merchant”) may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot handle some of the Eligible Card type, please contact the respective merchant for details.

2. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to state their intention to enjoy the offer(s) to the respective merchant prior to payment and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant.

3. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to input designated promo code prior to payment (if applicable) and settle the whole payment by respective Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the offer(s) from the respective merchant. Citibank is not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.

4. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

5. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank, Mastercard and the respective merchants' absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.

6. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The respective merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.

7. Citibank, Mastercard and the respective merchants reserve the right to suspend, amend and/or terminate the offer(s) and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Citibank, Mastercard and the respective merchant accept no liability for such suspension, amendment and/or termination.

8. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank, Mastercard and the respective merchants.

9. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.

11. (a) The referenced document/these materials provide information about, and access to accounts and financial services provided by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Citibank, N.A. Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. It does not, and should not be construed as, an offer, invitation or solicitation of services to individuals residing outside of Hong Kong. This reference document/these materials are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, and none of the services or investments or offers referred to in this referenced document/these materials are available to persons resident in any country where the provision of such services or investments or offers would be contrary to local law or regulation.

(b)Without prejudice to the generality of sub-clause (a), the Promotion/Offer is not applicable to:

(i) Individuals resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, United Kingdom, Brazil, New Zealand, Jamaica, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Peru, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh;

(ii) Individuals with permanent residency in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican, The Isle of Man, and United Kingdom.

12. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which any offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to cancel or reverse the offer/award without prior notice.

13. No person other than Citibank and eligible Cardholders will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of these terms and conditions.

14. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

“Citi Mastercard Credit Card Exclusive: 5% off and complimentary Starbucks Tall-sized Beverage Coupon on Helix’s Notebook Ownership Program Offer” (“Offer(s)”)Terms & Conditions:

15. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion Period for the Offers (as defined in Clauses 16 and 17) is from now until November 30, 2026, both dates inclusive or when the Offers quota is reached, whichever is earlier ("Promotion Period").

16. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders using Eligible Cards are eligible to 5% instant discount, capped at HK$400 per transaction, on a Single Net Transaction (as defined in Clause 19) of HK$5,500 or above for purchases made under the Notebook Ownership Program on the Merchant’s Platform (as defined in Clause 18). Payment must be settled in full with an Eligible Card. This Offer is subject to quota availability and is applied on a first-come, first-served basis (“Offer 1”).

17. During the Promotion Period, for Cardholders who qualify for Offer 1 during the Promotion Period, and settle payment in full with an Eligible Card, will also receive a complimentary Starbucks tall-sized handcrafted beverage e-gift certificate per qualifying transaction. This Offer is limited to a total quota of 1,500 coupons, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis (“Offer 2”) (“Eligible Transaction”).

18. The Offers are applicable to Helix’s official online shop https://u.moss.com.hk/citibank or Helix’s post-secondary schools’ roadshows (collectively defined as “Merchant’s Platform”).

19. A "Single Net Transaction" refers to the final amount of a single transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized transactions are excluded.

“Starbucks Tall-sized Handcrafted Beverage Coupon” Usage Terms and Conditions:

20. This e-gift certificate from Offer 2 is applicable to redeem a tall-sized (354mL) handcrafted beverage with a value equal or less than HK$45 (except beverages from Starbucks Reserve™ Coffee Experience Bar and Mixology Bar). 

21. Extra payment on the price difference is required for redeeming any handcrafted beverage with a price of over HK$45.

22. This e-gift certificate is applicable at Starbucks stores in Hong Kong except Hong Kong Disneyland Store, University of Hong Kong Medical Campus Store & any 'We Proudly Serve Starbucks' counters.

23. This e-gift certificate is not applicable to upgrade to grande or venti size.

24. This e-gift certificate is not applicable to redeem bottled and canned beverages.

25. This e-gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (excluding the Bring Your Own Tumbler discount and Borrow a cup discount).

26. This Offer is only applicable to in-store purchase, and the offer will be applied to original price only, not applicable to Mobile Order & Pay, Starbucks Delivers, Starbucks Drink eGift, Mobile Order to Table, phone order and other third-party delivery services, including but not limited to foodpanda & Keeta.

27. This e-gift certificate can be used once only.

28. Photocopied or screenshot of the e-gift certificate will not be accepted.

29. This e-gift certificate will be distributed to the Cardholder upon confirmation of each Eligible Transaction by the Merchant. 

30. The Merchant will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to receive this e-gift certificate based on its records at its sole and absolute discretion. Citibank and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the offer fulfilment arrangement. For fulfilment issues or disputes, please contact the Merchant.
