1. The promotion period for this offer is from 1 January to 31 December 2024.
2. Cardholders are required to settle payment, including deposit (if any) with valid Visa Infinite Principal / Supplementary card issued in Hong Kong and Macau using VisaNET to enjoy the offer.
3. All Airport Pickup Trips must be pre-booked by eligible Visa Infinite Cardholders through the Email at visa@kingslimo.com or by phone +852 6179 9228) at least 48 hours prior to the intended Airport Pickup Trip.
4. Sixty days’ advance booking is accepted.
5. The rate under the Promotion is inclusive of luggage handling charges, tunnel & bridge tolls.
6. For Airport Pickup Trips, Merchant’s standard extra charges apply for waiting, rides scheduled between 12:00am and 6:00am, and en-route stops.
7. A waiting charge will be imposed to Promotion Cardholders by the Merchant if exceeded certain period of waiting time, details may check with Merchant.
8. The Promotion Cardholder shall call Merchant at least 8 hours before a scheduled appointment for any amendment or cancellation. Otherwise, 50% of the total fee will be charged to the Promotion Cardholder. The Merchant will also charge the total fee for no show of the Cardholder. All amendment is subject to availability and final written confirmation by Merchant.
9. The Promotion is subject to availability and provided on first-come first-served basis.
10. Offer reservation and choice of limousine model are subject to availability. Merchant reserves the right to use vehicles of a similar grade when necessary. Merchant reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any disputes.
11. Merchant reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of Merchant shall be final and binding.
13. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.
